We loved it and the location was very convenient not far from everything we planned

In town for college graduation. The set up was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children who came to attend. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient with easy access to the interstate, the downtown area and lookout mountain. The home was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Presently there are not a lot of walkable restaurants/bars nearby, but based upon the new construction and development in the area, they are probably forthcoming. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked how close it was to everything we wanted to do/see. The place was very clean which is hard to find these days through other rental companies even with all of the cleaning fees. We will return :)

Perfect place for a few days while checking out the nature and the scene around Chattanooga. House was in great shape, well put together and overall great space to come back too and relax. Cool and convenient part of town!

This really was the perfect place for us. We stayed on the first level, all shared kitchen on 2nd floor and our daughter, her husband and two preschoolers took the master suite on the third level. They would come down for family time together and we grandparents only had to climb one flight of stairs. Plus the quiet and privacy of the kitchen level between us was nice too when the toddlers were napping or put down for the night. Both children are good at climbing stairs so that could be a consideration for some if their children are not. They loved running on the lawn between excursions in the car. Parking was a breeze. It felt like a safe neighborhood when we came in at night; everything in the rental was perfectly clean and very comfortable. We will definitely book again when visiting our family in Chattanooga.

We enjoyed our time. The townhouse was very comfortable and clean. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and hiking trails.

We are considering retiring in TN and wanted to check out the area and a few properties.

This was a weekend getaway for two couples. The set up of the place was perfect. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our host was kind, responsive and accommodating. Will book again in the future.

It was a nice place to stay at.

This really isn’t spacious for 6 people. All the rooms are set up for 2-4 max (entry, kitchen, living room). We did our best to play games, we bring ours when we travel, the area is just too tight for an adult family. Everything worked, the place was clean and pretty quiet for so many residence. The location is on the south side and I knew this before booking. I believe/hope the south side continues a revitalization but there are no restaurants within walking distance, unless fast food counts. No shopping or anything if you like to stroll. You can rent a bike! Go for a nice run or even a hike! There are a lot of dogs so just watch where you step.

Clean and great location for our event!

This clean, well appointed condo had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was located within a ten minute drive from everything- restaurants, attractions, and Lookout Mountain. Also, there is a park that is adjacent to the property where you can rent bikes and bike along the riverfront to downtown. We had such a wonderful time as everything was conveniently located nearby!
