Dockside Holiday is one of the best! The condo was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. The appliances were updated and everything worked really well. The mattresses and pillows were high quality which is a big plus when you travel. The condo unit is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and is located bayside to provide quiet. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay at Dock Holiday! Kit checked on my family multiple times throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going well. The location was perfect and was an easy walk to the beach and there was even a wagon provided with an umbrella and beach chairs! Our family loved walking to multiple restaurants and shops, especially the ice cream shop on the corner! The condo was decorated so nicely and it was great having a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer in the residence. We were very sad to leave and will hopefully be back next summer. Thank you for a great stay!!

This condo is in pristine condition. It’s one of the nicest places that we’ve stayed. It’s a short, easy walk to the beach. The owners provided everything needed for a nice day on the beach. The owner quickly responded when I reached out with questions. Kit was an amazing hostess!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The location, cleanliness, check in, and communication with the host - everything was superb. The condo is also very well stocked and had everything we needed plus more during our stay. We have a 1 1/2 year old, and there was a high chair, pack and play, and even utensils and plates/bowls/cups for him! We loved the private dock, where we were able to fish and hang out to watch the dolphins! We hope to return and definitely recommend to others who are traveling to Clearwater.

I am very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. This was the first vacation where I was able to relax and enjoy my stay because it was super clean. They provided us with so many amenities that we would have had to purchase...such as beach towels, a wagon, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, and even dish soap and laundry detergent! We will definitely be back!

Dock Holiday was the perfect place to stay! Cozy and comfortable! Clean with so much sunshine coming in when we opened the blinds! Great view out the front and we were able to walk everywhere we might need to for food and entertainment! It was exactly what we had hoped for!

Vacatation: Pictures dont disappoint. Very clean, spacious and walking distance to beach. Owners thought of everything that is needed,from beach chairs to towels and all the amenities that would be needed for this stay. A nice welcome hospitality basket. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. When we come back will definitely stay here again. Owners are easy to communicate with.

Perfect getaway to Clearwater Beach for couples or families. The owners thought of everything...from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. The beds were so comfy. Best sleep we've ever had on vacation!! We so enjoyed the sunrises and view from the deck...our favorite place to hang out at the start and finish of every day. Close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere!! The food in Clearwater Beach was amazing every time!!! We can't wait to come back and rent both condos with our families. Well done!!

Such a great condo and had a fabulous vacation! Condo had a beautiful view overlooking the water where we could watch boats and dolphins while drinking our coffee in the morning. It was super clean and had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops, and the pier was in walking distance and we barely needed our car. Everyone had their own space which was nice for the week and it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill one of the nights and sat at the picnic tables. The condo was everything the description stated and would definitely go back next time we are in Clearwater. The owners were quick to respond with any questions that we had.

We've stayed in this property for three years now and once again, we were very happy with our stay. Kit and Gary are very quick to respond for any questions or concerns. The property is clean, well decorated and has all the comforts of home. The location is great with a direct view of the bay where you can watch fish jump, a variety of birds and dolphins swim. This property was perfect for our vacation. The condo is conveniently located and has plenty of room inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. If we visit Clearwater again, we would definitely consider staying here.

We’ve just come back from one week’s stay at Dockside condo. It’s a beautiful, newly renovated apartment which is superbly appointed and has everything you need whilst on holiday - with a lovely welcome basket an added bonus!
Kit was so very helpful in the run up to our stay and also with dining recommendations whilst we were there which helped make everything so easy.
The apartment block itself is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other attractions.
The apartment faces a beautiful dock, where you can sit out and watch the most glorious sunrises each morning.
If we are fortunate to be back in Clearwater Beach in the future we would love to come back here to stay! 💕

We have stayed at Dockside the last 4 years and always enjoyed our stay but this was by far the best condo experience. It was laid out beautifully and perfect for our needs. We have a 6yr old and 19 month old and was it was very child friendly. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying again. Communication was great between owners and thank you so much for the welcome basket. 5 stars!!!

We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids. Dock Holiday was exactly as described and so much more. The check in and check out was extremely efficient. The welcome basket was very nice. The view was beautiful from the front sitting area and we loved the chairs provided for sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Clearwater and our first non-hotel stay at the beach. It was PERFECT. Everything was within walking distance. The area seemed a little busy our first night, but the condo itself was quiet. The condo itself was amazing. So much space, beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with things we didn’t realize we needed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well.
The owners were very helpful and responsive from the original booking, through our stay.
We plan to come back next year!

This property is in a perfect location. Just off the "busy" path, but within walking distance of everything. We didn't need to rent a car, we literally walked everywhere. And a bonus that it really is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need, I didn't have to buy anything (other than food). The property owner, Kit, was extremely responsive, to every message I sent. I highly recommend this property to others.
One note of caution though, remember to put your parking pass visible in your dashboard window, because you will get towed!

Condo is exactly as described! Clean, beautiful, and stocked full of essentials! They even left a nice welcome basket for us to enjoy. Beaches across the bridge at Sand Key Park and Indian Rocks Beach were very family friendly.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our vacation so much we returned. The condo is impeccably decorated and stocked with everything you need. The view of the bay is spectacular and you see dolphins almost every day. Its a short walk to the beach. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice! We are happy we booked next year!

A beautiful condo located close to the beach and restaurants. So nice to be able to walk to dinner after cocktails on the balcony.
The unit lacks for nothing and the layout is perfect for a family or two couples.
Appliances all work perfectly, and everything you need for the beach or pool is provided. The kitchen has everything for cook-in nights —-I’m going to have to buy a set of the wonderful knives.
Kit and Gary were an email away and extremely helpful. The condo complex is very well maintained and quiet for a restful night.

Quick trip to Clearwater Beach and this condo was perfect. If you’re traveling with little ones they have everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket was a wonderful touch. We are already looking at dates to come and stay again.

We've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in Europe and the US, and it was definitely the most well equipped kitchen. It was nicely decorated, and everyone loved the showers' water pressure. The owner is very communicative. You are on the bay with a lovely view. You have to walk a full block to the beach entrance, but the children never complained, including the 18 month old., and my research showed it was worth it as the price point was commiserate.

Amazing property!
The Dock Holiday Condo was amazing! So clean and in such an amazing location. The condo was a great size with extremely comfortable beds and couches. It was spotless when we arrived and was beautifully decorated. All the necessities for a great vacation we’re provided. We loved having the 4 tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels and the large umbrella! There were even extra bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, instead of just enough. The extra tide pods were perfect for using the washer and dryer without having to spend a bunch for just a couple loads of laundry. While we didn’t travel with small children, it was so nice to see a pack and play and high chair available. Kit and Ally were easily accessible for any questions we had and made sure our stay was perfect! I can’t say enough great things about this property! We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfection
This property was absolutely perfect. Kit and Gary thought of every need you could possibly think of and had it readily available to their guests. We are frequent Clearwater beach visitors and have stayed at different properties each visit. This property was by far our favorite. Our 3 year old kept calling it his Florida home, it truly felt like home. Thank you Kit and Gary for this wonderful experience! We will see you again soon 😁

Wonderful Condo
This condo is exactly like the listing. It had everything for our family of 4. The condo was very clean when we arrived and it was nice that they supplied trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and laundry pods. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. The owners were very fast at answering any questions that you might have. We will definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again
There is nothing negative I can say about this property. It’s fully renovated, easy access in and out, pretty view of the water, but the best part is the location - walking distance from everything you need - restaurants, beach, stores. We rented a car but you really don’t need one if you’re not leaving the island. Such a beautiful place and lots to do. If we visit Clearwater again we would definitely stay here again.

Best of the best
This property exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location, short walking distance to the beach but far enough from the noise of the beach area (spring break). The condo unit is located in the center of the building which gives it an outstanding view of the bay. Inside, everything was impeccably decorated and stocked with everything you need. The furniture was new and comfortable. It was a home away from home. And to top it off, the deck furniture was so inviting we spent most nights watching dolphins, pelicans, boats and much more on the bay. We are so glad we booked our stay next year already! I highly recommend the property!

We stayed two weeks at this beautifully decorated condo. Very comfortable beds, clean throughout and furnished with everything one might need plus more! We love this area because you can walk to many restaurants and it is across the street from the beach. We hope to return one day.

Great Christmas Vacation
We stayed over Christmas and couldn't been happier. Great stay at this clean and beautiful apartment. The location is great, only 3 min walk to the beach and we even saw dolphins from the apt .
The apt had all the amenities we needed and the communication with Kit and Gary were nothing but great.
