Eclectic is a small town with a sweet downtown area (don’t miss Cornerstone Coffee Shop!). We enjoyed the slower pace and especially relaxing time in the pool with lake views.

This cottage was perfect for friends and family in town for a wedding.

Came for an Auburn graduation. This was a nice place to stay and unwind. We had some issues but Jeb was quick with results and responses. Be prepared with groceries before you check in. There nearest grocery store was 15-20 minutes away. My son LOVED the pool and Willie. You’ll understand after you have stayed 😊

Everything was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised that we had all the supplies we may have forgotten to bring! I did forget to let the owners know that I left before washer finished and I didn't get to transfer the towels to the dryer. It's been on my conscious. I hope the cleaners knew that it had been washed and just need to be put in the dryer. Thank you for everything. We plan to visit again!

The rental was very clean an adequate for us. Great response from owners and no issues. Centrally located for various restaurants and outings.

The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Very clean and comfortable and even included pool towels, kayaks and more. The neighborhood is great with a nice lawn, pool and lake access. Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for a girls getaway. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. (Including comfortable beds!) Having a pool was great and the ease of having a boat slip close made our days wonderful. We met the neighbors and they were helpful and so nice. I can’t wait to come back!!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this property. We loved the floor plan with a master suite on the main level. It has an additional three bedrooms in the lower walkout level and a total of 3.5 baths. We all had our own space and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the outside deck and a glass of wine at night on the screened in deck. The outside pool with lawn chairs was an added bonus. There is also lake access and a nice view of the lake. We enjoyed the chest full of games for children and adults. This place had basically everything we needed with the exception of food. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area or you just want a fabulous lake getaway, this home on Lake Martin is exactly what you're looking for! We couldn't be more pleased with the owners and the wonderful time we had while we were there.

Great place. Beautiful lake. We enjoyed the screened in porch and view even when it was raining. It meet all our needs.

What a pleasure to be allowed to stay at Jebs place. It’s a perfect getaway for just a few or for the whole family! The neighborhood is quiet with lots to do and only minutes from shopping. The house is adorable and nicely furnished.

We missed our Alabama family and this house was perfect for the 9 of us to hang out and see each other during this crazy time. The pool was incredible and the locals were so nice that had houses nearby. We can’t wait to come back!
