The property is beautiful and the location is perfect to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants and beach.
The condo is so lovely; comfortable beds, great living room space and all kinds of extras. The condo has beach toys, chairs and wagons which was awesome for a day at the beach.
Just a few things if you are wanting feedback:
I know check in is at 4:00 but we did not get an email until after 4:00 and I had to call. I realize help is in short supply but perhaps sending the email the morning of checkin would alleviate anxiety for first timers.
The cookware needs a little updating (Few new skillets) and another set of forks.
Overall, this place can’t be beat. I am already looking at the calendar for next summer. Thank you.

My rental was clean, had good A/C, a nice view, and plenty of space. We were able to get inside 1 hour early which was fantastic.
My only complaint well two or three: kitchen had zero spices I mean not even salt or pepper. This was an issue because I brought or bought things needed to cook but I didnt think I needed to bring/buy my whole dang kitchen. In my opinion S&P should be normal included staple like sugar which was also absent. The pots had rickety handles and were clearly the selection headed for the trash or goodwill. And I had ONE potholder. Overall, still a low end 5.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We had four adults and one toddler. The balcony was large with two sitting areas and a great breeze. The door was pretty heavy, which we didn't mind since we had a toddler with us. The condo is in a flight line for the airport but we didn't mind. It was cool to see all the planes fly over and the helicopters alond the shoreline. Everything was explained very well and it was easy getting to the pool and a short walk to the beach. What I do love about the Destin beach is that cars cannot be drive on it. The beaches were pristine and water crystal clear.
We discovered that the hallway closet had beach toys, chairs and a wagon! The condo was very convenient to one of the elevators and trash chute. The pool was fantastic with lots of other families so the kids could play.
We would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful, and the condo was just as described allowing a family of 10 to have their own space, yet come together in the spacious dining/living/kitchen area that overlooked the Gulf! Area was so clean and allowed us everything we needed to eat in if we did not want to eat out! The beach was beautiful as well as the pool. My grandson’s loved the work out area to keep up their daily routine. This vacation did not disappoint and our VRBO condo was perfect. I did not have many questions, but if I did, the host responded in a timely matter. Cannot wait to return!!!

Overall, this property and its location we're amazing! The condo itself was extremely large for four adult and two children. The views were amazing and so close to the beach, along with restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend staying here!!

This place was amazing!! me and my family had the best time ever, the pool was very nice.best restaurants near by shoppings.and everything. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this place. Beautiful beach.

We arrived early and knew we could not get in until 4. I reached out through the app and was informed that the checkin codes would be emailed to me. 4:30 still nothing, called the phone number provided which supposed to be open until 5 and they said the office was closed. Sent about 5 messages through the app with no response until we called and pushed the button for maintenance and had emailed stating how upset we were. Finally got sent the information. Go to the room and it was still dirty and had not been cleaned. At this point was very upset. Called again and spoke to someone who said there had been a mix up. They told us they would get the room cleaned right away and they would cover dinner. They had the room cleaned while we were at dinner and they did cover our whole dinner cost. Everything was great from there on out. Biggest issue was checking in and lack of availability in trying to get ahold of someone to communicate with around checkin. The place is great with great views. Nice pool and easy beach access. The kids had a great time. Great space for the kids to play in the condo. Only complaint was one bed was pretty squeaky and would make noise every time you moved a little.

We had such a smooth sailing and fun time at this property. The check in was super simple and easy. I loved not having to deal with anyone at a front desk. We were given our forms to sign online and the access codes and it was so easy. There are minor issues that could be addressed to make this place a top notch stay. Nothing major but I did notice a lot of dust in and on decor items. Also, the elevator kept getting stuck and we had some issues with it but I know that is out of the owners control. Overall the pool area and beach area were super peaceful and overall we had the best experience. Thank you so much for having us. I would definitely visit again.

The unit is large as described. But not what we were expecting at all. 1. The internet couldn’t handle basic email. 2. It’s a significant walk to the smaller than a youth league football field sized beach, thru 4 gates, that they pad lock at night. 3. You Must purchases chairs in advance to sit next to the water. When I called they said it’s not required but it is. They also made excuses blaming the city for the chair company that’s on their private beach. It runs $50 a day and you do not get refunded in bad weather. 4. The elevator is close but it broke the first day and stayed broken the entire time and the rooms lacked privacy as well as security. 5. Intentionally deceptive. When we book this resort, we chose it specifically due to its proximity to the beach. I have two map pictures. One from Vrbo, and one from Maps it is very obvious that this listing was intentionally changed to drive more business to this unit. We are dissatisfied with this unit, we will not be back and do not recommend this to others. the unit and facility it did not meet our expectations based on the information we were provided in the listing. There are so many other places that can give us the amenities we were expecting here at a better price.

Location was great. Views were great, private beach access was nice, It was well decorated, very cute, lots of personality. We’ve stayed in many luxury properties and I would say thatwith the description of luxury comes expectations; have some salt and pepper leave some of the spices, 1- toilet paper for 5 people and 5 days; no paper towels, Front door was broken. I needed maintenance to get in on the first night; 3rd bdrm suite door is also broken unless you’re very strong to lift it up on the hinge it was not possible to close, need batteries in all the remotes, no clothes hangers in the master closet, west shades are broken, front door really needs a paint job.

The condo was very nice. The only concerns I have is that in reviews years back others who stayed at this condo compained about the curtains in the Master bedroom not closing all the way and the rug in the master bathroom being stained. THEY STILL ARE AFTER ALL THOSE YEARS! I really thought when I booked this condo it would have been inproved by 2023...no so! So I can't give this condo a 5 ^ becasue of these issues.

This was great unit with plenty of space! The location is amazing and the view from the balcony was so pretty! The entrance to the the unit made us second guess ourselves (very dirty and needs to be painted), but once in the unit everything was clean. We were promised and early check-in by the owner, but the property manager said that wasn’t possible so make sure you are talking to the right person when asking questions. Overall, this was a great condo!

This property was excellent and we will be returning again! It is close to the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and only 5 minutes to sign up for fishing tours, parasailing and other excursions. It was clean, comfortable, had a great view. It had all the amenities needed for cooking, sleeping and lounging. The heated pool is not the one in the picture, but sits behind the main pool, closer to the private beach area. It is smaller but still nice. The Back Porch restaurant is right across the street with great food! Looking forward to next year!

Such a great spot! Close to good food and the kids loves the candy shop. The condo was beautiful- however it definitely needs new carpet in the bedrooms. We did not end up using the private beach because it was so crowded but the state park beach was just a short walk and so nice!

This is a nice and spacious three bedroom corner unit on the 4th floor with nice views. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Check in process was smooth. Very easy walk to the heated pool and beach. Stocked with beach toys. Bring your own beach towels. I agree with others that some of the couch cushions and pillows had stains, but other than that this was a great spot. I would give 4.5 stars.

This condo was beautiful. Very airy and comfortable. Just a short walk too the beach. We had to call about the TV and for an extra beach chair. Everything got fixed with in a 1/2 hour. Would definitely come again. Will be back

Everything went well and was a great location. Our family enjoyed the amenities, especially the heated pool by the beach. There were just a few minor things like some light bulbs being out and stains in living room couches, but management was quick to react. All we could ask. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This condo was extremely clean and perfect for our group of 10! 4 adults and children ranging from 1-11 years old. We never felt on top of each other. Incredibly spacious and accommodating. We cooked breakfast each morning and played games each night. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back & definitely plan on renting here again. THANK YOU!

This 3 bed/3 bath condo was wonderful - clean, spacious and great amenities. Great place to relax- you never heard the neighbors. The grounds were immaculate and so well cared for. The pools very clean and the beach was wonderful! From the huge deck look left in the am for spectacular sunrises, look right in the evenings for sunsets. Be sure to take a beach walk either time- sunrises and sunsets were just magical. Very nice to have a washer dryer in the unit.

Great 3 BDRM 3 Bath unit. Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Truly an easy walk to the beach. Great to have king beds in all 3 rooms, washer and dryer and room to stretch out in the living areas and on the balcony. We would stay here again. Suggestions: get to the beach early as it seems to get crowded there by mid-morning. Pool is nice and would suggest getting out there earlier than later to claim a chair or 2. Building is very close to grocery/convenience stores and restaurants. On-site parking seemed plentiful and we felt safe and secure over the stay.

Wonderful long weekend away with a family of five adults and one child. The unit was very close to all amenities and the beach was immaculate. An easy walk to the pool, beach and dinner. 10 minutes to Harborwalk and mini golf. Parking was a breeze. Note: the coffee maker is both Kuerig and regular drip. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if staying for more than a few days or with a large group. Basic toiletries provided. Overall, highly recommend!!

Loved the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the noise on the road and the planes. Not a reason not to stay. Very close to the beach and the amenities were great.
