Perfect space for my extended family of all ages to stay and play. Just as shown and very comfortable.

Property is really nice. Quiet area and loved being at the end of the road with extra parking. Downstairs area was great for kids with bunk beds and games. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this property to anyone with a family with all ages.

Spacious accommodations in a quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to town. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for 7 people. We could have used more outdoor furniture.

Everything was great and Ryan was very easy to work with and very responsive. Loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

The townhouse was great for our 3 families. The adult bedrooms were nice and well appointed. The kids enjoyed having the entire downstairs to themselves with the bunk room and entertainment area -There were plenty of games and things for them to do. It's so close we contemplated walking but ended up driving down the hill to park at the lodge, which is about 90 seconds away. Recomend!

This property is great, enough room to move around with many people. Alot to do at the condo and surrounding area. I would highly recommend it, we will be back.

Beautiful & spacious . Lots of parking, comfy beds and fun stuff to do. Have not played ping pong in years. Solo fire pit was a plus. Would recomnend.

Had a lovely summer weekend here on a retreat with some friends and family. Located just off the resort, it allows an easy walk to all the summer month activities Holiday Valley has to offer. House was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Basement could have used some more furniture for gathering while others play games etc. Turns out the local HOA does not let you use the grill as advertised - which drastically altered our dinner plans, but we figured it out. The neighbors dogs also seem to like to poop in the grass around the house, so be careful out there barefoot! Great place - would definitely look it up again in the winter.

This was a great place to stay! It was in a nice location and had everything we needed. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bunk bed was a little tight but we made it work with 8 people in them. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions. Definitely would come back and stay.

Perfect getaway for a family. Host was very helpful and responsive. House was clean and plenty of space for 4-12 people. Kids loved all the games and bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. Very close to ski resort and only a mile from downtown. Quiet location.

Ryan was extremely timely with his responses for any questions I had throughout the booking/check-in process. The pictures are 100% spot on, there were no surprises with what we were getting. There were fresh towels on each person’s bed and everything was very clean. Ample parking, stocked coffee supplies, enough dishes/cookware for a large group, etc. The balconies offered a great space to spread out amongst our group as well. The only thing we did notice was the significant temperature difference between the upstairs and the basement, however, this weekend had 80-90 degree weather, so it was understandable! I would highly recommend this property for any large group gathering. We absolutely loved our stay, and are already talking about coming back!

Great spring skiing weekend. The snow was great. Plenty of bass. Excellent condo. My boys enjoyed the ping-pong table. We all enjoyed kicking back after a day of skiing. Excellent views and furnishings.

The property was perfect for our 4-night family ski getaway. Very quick/easy to get the slopes -- just a two-minute drive, and we also used the free shuttle service a few times. The video games and ping pong made it fun to be in the house when we weren't skiing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great House! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. Great game room for the kids, and large living room with a great view, for the adults. 2 minute drive to ski. House was clean, and ready when we arrived. The owner was super attentive with answering questions, and offering advice on places to visit in town. Would stay again for sure.

The property was great. The young adults and teens loved the gameroom and the family room was spacious and accomodating for adults. Location was perfect, very near the slopes and not far from town at all. We have been to the area many times before and this ranks as one of the best we have stayed at.

Outstanding ski resort property on the Mountain across the street from the Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Spotless on check in. 100 % accurate on the description and the Owner could not have been any more helpful and prompt. Highly recommend we will be back !!! KBD

Great girls weekend. Relaxing and great location. The only minor negatives are need new batteries for the tv remotes and couldn’t get the master fire place to work. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

This house has it all! A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, peaceful views of the trees from the back porches, a big comfortable living room where family can gather and a huge emtertainment area in the basement with a ping pong table and video game. Any questions we had were promptly handled by Ryan. There were many nice touches like various flavors of coffee k-cups and herbal hand soaps. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Ryan, the owner was very responsive during the booking process, during our stay and also after we checked out. The home is well taken care of and was well stocked. We had a slight issue with decks not cleaned prior to our arrival and that was fixed very quickly after I contacted Ryan. The game room was great and entertained our kids. Location of the property is also convenient, close to trails, to an adventure park, horseback riding, Lake Spruce. Definitely recommend!
