Jesus was so pleasant and helpful! House was nice, clean and in a good location.

A/C in one bedroom was out when we arrived and was out for 2 nights. It was very hot. Beth did get it fixed on day 3.

The house was beautiful and Jesus made the trip worth it! He was so nice and attentive. AND his cooking is amazing.

The location was a little far from the main area of town but having the club car made it easier.

Jesus was amazing.

The second room wasn't quite as nice as the master. Very tough to bring friends when one couple has the master and one the second room.

Loved our time in this house and in Isla Mujeres. House was perfect and was so welcoming ! Jesus would come by in the morning and see if you needed anything from groceries to even laundry . Jesus also cooked for us one evening which was amazing . Thanks for all the hospitality. We will be back!!

Where to start? I will start here-The villa is AMAZING! The pool was an absolute hit, we were so happy to cool off in it every day. The location was awesome, with a security detail at the entrance to the villas, we felt very safe! Beautiful views from the rooftop terrace, but yet not right next to the road-noise, which was great. Our host Erving was so helpful, arranging shuttle transportation, and even facilitating a rental of 2 golf carts, AND having them delivered to the villa shortly after we arrived! Erving was responsive and helpful guiding me in the right direction for the ferry and which ports we needed to book tickets at, and also for a couple minor issues we had in the villa after checking in! He saw to those minor issues being taken care of right away. He was always available via text to answer any questions as well. He had many helpful suggestions for the area, that weren't in the villa "book." Breakfast at The Mango Cafe was one, and he was spot-on! We went back several times. Jesus, who is the caretaker, was ALSO amazing! The owners are lucky to have him! Every day he arrived and asked us if we had laundry, (which he promptly did!) he tidied up the kitchen, and was available to cook for us at any time! He would run to the store with our golf cart, and shop for anything that was asked for or needed! He cooked us an AMAZING meal our 2nd day there, (we had given him cash for groceries in Cancun, as they are cheaper there) of an entire barbecued red-snapper, barbecued shrimp, shrimp ceviche, fresh rice, beans, tortillas, guacamole, and salsa he roasted and prepared, all from scratch. We had that amazing meal up on the roof terrace. He cleaned the villa, the pool, and did all of it in the background so as not to intrude. He was incredibly nice, and would also take off early if you requested him to. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without him there, and we left him a nice tip when we checked out.

It's a villa/home, so it had a few issues that you would expect in any home. Ants in the kitchen on a regular basis, despite Jesus's best efforts, so everything had to be packaged up tight on the counter or put in fridge. A broken window handle here or there-very small, tiny issues to be prepared for, ones you might expect in any rental home/villa. It isn't a "mega" resort, and that is exactly why we choose it! One suggestion- have maps printed and available for guests, the island can be tricky to navigate without one while you get your bearings. We used our phones, but a paper one on check-in would have been very helpful.

Too short stay

This property checks all the boxes desired for a great getaway, Let me begin by saying Erving is a wonderful host that takes care of business. He contacted me prior to arrival with all of the information needed for a smooth check in. He was also available to answer and questions or concerns a few weeks prior to our stay. He met us at the house and gave us a tour and was readily available for any questions during our stay. He is a SUPERHOST for sure! The location is very close to Punta Sur which is right where we wanted to be on this trip. The house is beautiful and I could not imagine anything left out that anyone could desire. The house is well stocked with anything you will need for your stay, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is amazing and was a nice refresher at the end of the day. The view from the second and third floors is beautiful. The top floor also has a very large table and a sofa for setting outside and watching the sunset. Another great surprise was a caretaker (Jesus) that arrived on the property everyday around 10 am and took care of all the housekeeping needs for us. He made the beds, washed the dishes and did laundry every day. He never came in the house until we were away and if we didn't need his services we just simply told him he could leave. He is available to do shopping and cooking as well. This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone. Don't hesitate to book this home.
