Lovely house. Tastefully decorated but i guess i didnt read the ad well enough. Two single beds not one double.

We were in town for a wedding at Kent Island Resort. Kay's place was less than a 10 minute drive away. Kay's place was spacious, super clean and tidy, very nice furniture, and had super comfortable beds. Plus, Kay had bottled water and snacks for us to enjoy. I highly recommend Kay’s place if you’re looking for a fun weekend.

Nice location

Excellent! This was our first VRBO stay. The location was great, the accommodations were roomy, spotless and comfortable. The price could not be beat. The hostess thought of everything, could not ask for better.

Absolutely amazing space. Sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The Mini fridge was filled with water and the basket full of snacks was amazing. Nice quiet area near the water - just a short drive to restaurants etc.

I would stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The host was so great and attentive to our needs. We loved the water, snacks, and toiletries provided. It's a cute place and so roomy.

This is the perfect place and location for a quiet and restful weekend trip. Kay keeps this unit spotless and well stocked with water and snacks, and there are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. We plan to stay here again soon.

We stayed for a weekend wedding, could not have been happier with the accommodations. Very clean and comfortable.

There were two of us staying here and the accommodations were perfect. The photos on the website are accurate. As an added treat the owner provided plenty of water and snacks. The location is great and easy to get to. The owner was responsive to requests. What put this above a hotel room was the ability to open windows letting in fresh air and nighttime sounds (not traffic). Will definitely be returning if I’m in the area.

The stay was great! The space was very clean and accommodating, and the host was very clear with instructions. It was really sweet of her to provide waters and snacks and was the perfect place for our short stay. The bathroom was comfortable and a great size. Our room had excellent air conditioning and provided the perfect amount of space we needed.

Kay's communications before our arrival were outstanding. The property was meticulously clean and exactly as described in the listing when we checked in. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on the Bay side of the island, you can see the Bay Bridge and the Bay while walking along the street. There is a private entry with a door code. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Kay provides bottled waters, coffee pods, and some light snacks which were much appreciated. Thank you Kay for a lovely stay!

We just needed a place to lay our heads while in (on?) Kent Island for a family wedding. Kay’s beautiful garage apartment fit the bill perfectly and at about half the price of hotels in the area! Communication was almost instantaneous before and during our stay. The unit is very clean, the beds comfortable, great AC and ceiling fan, and the bathroom is huge. While there isn’t a kitchen, the dorm fridge kept our sodas (and the provided waters) cold and the freezer section even refroze our cooler packs. We appreciated the snack basket and Dunkin’ Donut coffee for the Keurig coffeemaker. The bathroom is huge and the shower is great. Be advised that you do have to have some strength to turn the shower on-I was worried for a minute that I was gonna break the faucet. We are both big guys so after checking the weight limit on the lounge chairs decided we wouldn’t tempt fate but if you want to lounge and watch TV it looked like a great setup with a huge TV. We highly recommend Kay’s rental unit in Stevensville!

The property is very well appointed in a very safe & beautiful community. Beautiful unit with huge bathroom & studio area that includes anything you could desire. In the area between the two main areas, there is a fridge stocked with water, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, & creamers, & snacks! There’s also silverware, dinnerware, glassware, & other kitchen items to make for a convenient stay! Kay (owner) provided all of the pertinent info prior to arrival & is very responsive if you need anything in addition. I had a very pleasant stay & will definitely stay again on my future visits to Kent Island.

Our 3-night stay was all we could have hoped for. A private entrance led to a short set of stairs to the living area. Both bedroom and bath were spacious, newly remodeled and spotless. The twin beds were very comfortable, nice shower and two sinks in the long vanity. The mini fridge was stocked with cold water and coffee, tea and snacks were also available. Our host was very friendly and we felt very secure in the neighborhood. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

The rooms are super clean and Kay has every amenity a traveler would need. The bathroom is very large and I loved that it had a giant bathroom countertop. The lighting throughout the rental was especially thoughtful and I loved that there was a ceiling fan. The deck was very nice too. I really liked that I could text Kay with any questions or concerns and hear right back. The neighborhood is very quiet which I liked and if I had been staying longer, would have been great for a morning walk.

Kay was great with communication before my trip even began. Was fair and even mentioned my destination while I was staying in the area was across a toll bridge from where her unit was. Appreciated that and room and bathroom was very clean

My friend and I stayed here over the July 4th weekend. It’s a great little hidden gem. The room was great, very clean and quiet. Kay provided extra little snacks and water bottles which was a plus. It’s very close to everything you need, lots of restaurants and outlets shopping. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

This property is impeccable! The rental is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. High quality furnishings and linens made our stay ultra comfortable. Kay provided accurate information about the local area and travel times which were important to our trip. I wish we could have stayed in the area longer because the accommodations were that nice!
