Charming Waterfront home with private dock, fire-pit & an impressive yard for gatherings.

Whether it's relaxation or activity you seek, you'll find it all in the gorgeous waterfront setting of Pier Pleasure, located on Kent Island, Maryland. A hidden gem of Maryland’s Eastern shore. This stunning home is great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking from the private dock, playing yard games at the water's edge, and gathering around the fire-pit for s'mores and stories once the sun goes down.

This peaceful, two-story home boasts an expansive piece of property in Harbor View, a private community on a quiet cove just off the Chesapeake Bay. The flat, beautiful lawn stretches all of the way to the dock, where you can enjoy water sports such as paddle-boarding, kayaking or boating (we can help coordinate rentals with local vendors). While you are welcome to dock a boat at the home, please check published depths in the area and familiarize yourself with the waterway. You will find there is plenty to do whether it be playing games in the backyard, lighting the gas grill for a lunchtime barbecue, dining in the coastal breeze on the deck or just relaxing all afternoon while watching passing boats, birds, and some of the best sunsets in Maryland.

This property was recently and thoughtfully renovated. This unique home maintains much of its original character while offering modern touches at every turn. Large picture windows and rear glass doors frame the quiet waterfront cove - a lovely view you can take in as you cook in the sleek, modern, and spacious kitchen. Make plans over breakfast each morning and play board games and cards in the screened sun-room. In the evenings, enjoy an inviting living room equipped with a smart TV. There are three cozy bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom with adjoining office, offering a desk and 3 monitors, have a breathtaking water view, making it a perfect location for remote work.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through the third-party provider “Superhog”. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Pier Pleasure Property Notes:
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• No pets allowed in/on the home
• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• All guests shall abide by local laws and ordinances as well as the "All Hands On Deck Property Management House Rules" and shall not engage in any illegal activity.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Guests will receive the door code 2 hours prior to check-in.
• Security camera details: Front door and towards dock
Please abide by the following House Rules. Rules not followed may incur additional fees or termination of stay. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please use the driveway at front of the house.
Four Cars can easily fit in the driveway space.
One additional parking spot will be available on the street in front of the house.
Only Park at the designated locations
Please do not block the neighbors' vehicles or the driveway entrance to their homes.


Issues / Problems: In case of problems, damages or complaints, please contact the ~All Hands On Deck ~ Property Manager. Guests must notify the property manager immediately in case of any disputes or complaints from the neighbors.

NO Pets: No pets are allowed on the premise or in the house.

NO Smoking: Please don't smoke in the home. Evidence of smoking inside the house can result in loss of security deposit. This covers using tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and other substances. If smoking outside, please be mindful and dispose the cigar/cigarette butts appropriately and not in the yard or landscaping.

Noise: In order to respect our neighbors, all guests and visitors should keep noise levels to a minimum during the evening hours from 10PM. to 8AM.
Excessive noise levels which disturb the neighborhood will be considered a breach of contract and can result in loss of security deposit or eviction from the property

Registered Guests Only: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at Pier Pleasure. Any overnight visitors or guests that have not been reported and approved by Property Management will be considered a breach of contract. Additional overnight guests if approved may be subject to additional fees.

Events /Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this vacation rental without prior approval. Small gatherings must comply with the rules set regarding noise, neighborhood and maximum number of visitors.

Garbage: Garbage must be bagged. Use outdoor blue bin to dispose. Garbage is picked up every Tuesday & must be placed out Monday evening at end of the driveway next to street for a early Tuesday morning pick up.

Recycling: Recycling items, carry to outdoor blue/yellow bin. Do not bag recycles, place loosely in bin. Recycling goes out every other Tuesday. The Property Manager will let you know when to take recycling to the curb with trash.

Outdoor Use: Please return the outdoor space they way you found it. any moved chairs need to be returned to the area it was found upon your arrival.

Grill Use: Please keep the grill clean and turn off the propane when not in use. Upon check-out, please clean the inside of the grill grates as the way you found the grill. If grill is not cleaned upon check-out, then a $50.00 fee will be incurred.

Swimming: Swimming in the Creek will be at your own risk. No diving please. Depth of water is 5 ft.
