The property was correctly described on the listing. Everything we needed was provided. The house was super clean, new appliances. Everything in excellent working condition. The host is extremely attentive to detail and the only occasion in which I needed support he was super helpful and hospitable. Parking provided, easy access to the Highway and town. I strongly recommend this accommodations for anyone who wants to feel at home away from home. I will definitely stay here if I'm back on the West Coast. FYI I went to a Mariners game, Mount Rainier, Glacier Lake, Pike Market and Silver Falls State Park

My husband and 2 young adult children stayed in this house for the week we were in Portland. Quaint neighborhood - easy, central drive to the coast or Multnomah Falls. Close to Alberta Street a great art scene and food. Downtown Kenton is really cute and lots of good places to eat.
The house was nicely appointed with everything you could need and extremely organized. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place to call a “home away from home”! The hosts were very kind and provided great suggestions for local places to eat and things to do in Portland. It was nice to have a safe spot in the city to take a walk around the neighborhood and into the local shops nearby. 10/10 highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Although I was travelling by myself this trip, I would definitely bring my family to this house when I next needed a place to stay in the area. Very clean and spacious with three separate bedrooms (very nice and comfy mattresses!), an updated and well-set up kitchen, and a nice living room and backyard for relaxation. I did not have a car but found the neighborhood peaceful and easy to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. The local park has a playground that always had families playing and baseball practice fields - lots of dogs having fun too! The hosts are very responsive and helpful and they have created a welcoming space for their guests. Full disclosure: the neighborhood is by train tracks so you can hear trains coming through, including their horns for crossings. I personally find train horns in the distance relaxing, so it didn't bother me at all.

Traveler's Haven was the perfect homebase for a long weekend in Portland. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Walking distance to a playground was an added bonus since we were traveling with a 3 year old. Thank you Zack and Jenny.

Wonderful place to stay. We spoke with Zak twice and he inquired if we needed anything, which we did not. Everything was clean. Mattresses were very comfortable. House rules were clearly expressed. Email communication was excellent.

We drove to Portland for a long weekend. The house is very convenient to the freeways and it's a nice quiet neighborhood close to a park.

We booked Traveller's Haven for a cycling trip to Portland and area. The property was ideal for the three of us and the property was exactly as advertised. Our communication and dealings with Jenny and Zak were excellent. The owners live onsite so they are available for any questions you might have or advice on areas to visit. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your meal preparations. All the appliances were high end and there was no need to buy anything other than the food you wanted for your stay. The property is in a very nice area with grocery stores and restaurants within easy driving/walking distance. There is parking onsite for two vehicles. They are close to the metro line so there was no need to take your car downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we were returning to Portland. We stayed at this home for 6 nights. It was the perfect place to stay. It's a very convenient location and close to a grocery store and other great places to eat. The hosts were great and the house was very warm and welcoming. We 100% would book and stay here again.

Amazing Property
My husband and I stayed six nights at Jenny and Zak’s house and it was perfect. Our son and daughter-in-law live less than a mile away so we spent every day with them and came back to relax outside and enjoy the comfort of the space. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy dining and living room, with full bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Easy access in and out with a spacious driveway for a car and super gracious hosts. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Beautiful home
This was one of the best places I have stayed at. They had all the basic staples in the home so we could cook meals with ease. This is important to us since there were traveling with kids. Very spacious and beautiful. Plenty of books for reading and information on Portland. Great location. However they did claim we broke their toaster which is not true. The toaster made a funny smell the first time we used it and we thought maybe it was because it had crumbs in it from the last guest. Also it worked the last day we were there.

Perfect place to stay
My sister and I were in town for the Rose City Yarn Crawl and this was the best location to get to all the local yarn shops. The house was perfect and we really enjoyed the generous kitchen and all the amenitites it provided. I am in love with the stove!!! Perfect living area to spread out all our yarn goodies and relax and knit while we stayed. The owners are very communicative and friendly and fabulous. Will stay here again for sure!!

Adorable Home!
We had such a lovely time staying at this adorable home! The attention to detail is incredible. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING a guest might need or want. The house was so cozy and the beds were comfy. The hosts were responsive, gracious and kind. You’ll love your stay in this beautiful home.

Top Notch
I have been using short term rentals for vacations for years. This home was by far one of the best. The location was perfect for our extended weekend stay in Portland. Jenny & Zak went above and beyond regarding supplies. I really do wish I could have stayed here longer to enjoy all the fun amenities in the home! I have already recommended this place to so many friends & family!
