We absolutely enjoyed everything. Property owner was fabulous, house was very clean and spacious. The pool was a big plus for everyone. Will definitely be back again.

Our party of 9 had a fantastic 2 weeks in this beautiful home! The kids loved the pool at the house as well as the playground and waterslides in the neighborhood. There was plenty of seating inside and out- we ate most our meals outside by the pool! All the rooms were a perfect size, beds/pillows were comfortable and the house was clean. The location of the house/neighborhood was perfect being right down the road from Walmart and tons of restaurants. There was clear easy communication throughout the whole process of booking and our stay.

We are frequent visitors to Windsor Hills and have rented everything from the condos, townhouses and homes, depending on our needs at the time. This home was perfect for us, as our daughter, hubby and 2 kids, ages 6 and 4 were with us. The kids were thrilled with being able to have a sleepover together on the bunkbeds in the Spider Man room. We showed them the pics of the house before we got there and that is what they chose. The house is very spacious, well furnished, both inside and out. The seating in the living room is amazing, and there are so many chairs and lounges by the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Minor detail, the kids wanted to eat outside and there were very few plastic plates. So we purchased throwaways. Also, we did use the oven and there were no oven mitts. Again, no big deal, we purchased what we needed. The owner/manager was very quick to respond to any queries that we had. We loved how uncluttered the home is, we had space to move around without tripping over each other or furniture. There is a games room with a pool table, fooze ball table and basketball net. Should you require them, there is a high chair, pack and play and a sit and stand stroller, which was used to take the kids to Disney. It accomodated all the stuff they brought as well as to give 2 little kids a break when they were tired of walking. The washer and dryer look brand new and worked very well. The location is perfect for little kids, it is right next door to the Castle Park and a short walk down to the Main pool and office. If this house is available on our next trip to Windsor Hills it is at the top of our list! Definitely a 5 star rating!

This home suites our vacation needs very well. Loved the warm pool, the community center (just a quick walk away from the home), every bedroom has its own bath, lots of space for our needs, and close to the parks. If I had one suggestion for improvement… the pillows are in need of replacement/ upgrade. Very comfortable mattresses, but horrible pillows.

This was the perfect property for our family. My husband, myself, our 3 young adult children and their 3 friends had a wonderful time. The home worked out great for us to all be together for meals, games and hanging out, but also gave everyone the space they needed to take a break. Our boys are avid gym junkies and were disappointed in the community center gym, but managed to get their workouts in everyday, lol. We paid to have the pool heated for the December week and it was wonderful, especially the spa in the evenings for those that weren't returning to the parks. We were pleasantly surprised by how short the drive was to the park. We usually stay on property and were prepared to hate the drive, but it was very easy and short. The home is close to the entrance of the development and would be perfect for a family with small children as it is next to the playground and well used. The young adults enjoyed the game room. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would stay here again. Great communication with the owners as well. Thank you!

The house is great, very spacious, clean, with great amenities and perfectly located within minutes from Disney. Management was great to work with. My family throughly enjoyed it and we all hope to be back soon.

The house was large and had plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen was equipped pretty well for cooking in. The kids enjoyed the foosball and basketball games and the pool table. All in all, the stay was great. We could have used some more towels and washcloths and maybe trash bags and liquid detergent for the sink, as there were no cleaning supplies there. The community pool and water slides were great! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We booked this trip with family and the house met our accommodation needs. Within close distance to the Disney parks and the property owners were quick and responsive with all of our inquiries and any concerns or maintenance needs. The pool in the back and park located right next to the house was a hit for the kids.

The house was everything the pictures showed. Easy to get to and close to Disney! The few things I would say is need more cupboard space, the hot tub was alittle dirty but didn’t keep us out of it. Would defiantly stay there again.

This was such a nice house. Very clean, all nice size bedrooms with a bath for each bedroom. Plenty of dishes and utensils. All flat screen TVs in every room worked!, Pool was beautiful and very clean with nice , large surrounding patio. Loved the proximity to Disney and Wal Mart. We will stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable🙂

This is a spacious house that’s great for a vacation. Our family loved our stay here as it was perfect for us. There were a couple small things that were an inconvenience but communication with Elaine was easy and she was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend you stay here too.

The home is in need a good deep cleaning. The tile/grout especially was quite dirty and all cabinets are peeling. There were a lot of missing shelves which made it difficult to store food. Upon check in at the front gate our name wasn’t in the computer and we spent 15 minutes trying to get hold of someone to fix the issue. After driving 21 hours and it being 9pm with 4 tired kids all under age 6 this was very frustrating. If I hadn’t stayed in the community previously the whole process would have been very confusing and the initial security guard was not very friendly. While the above issues were aggravating, my family and had a wonderful time and the house had everything we needed. We did have to kill a roach in the garage and pick up garbage around the pool area. Trying to get a matchbox car from under the couch was also disgusting and scary. So if you don’t mind a little cleaning, no cabinet shelves and don’t need shelves in the freezer, this is the place for you.

House was as described. Less expensive than some other homes in same area. Love the Windsor Hills location -- close to stores, Disney, Universal and Disney Springs. Safe neighborhood with guard gates. Like the Community area with store, water park and gym. This property was close to playground which would be nice for people with little kids. It was a quiet area. The house was also close to community dumpster which wasn't very pleasant in hot hot weather. Inside of house was large and as described. King bedroom was very comfy. Plenty of room for 7 adults and an infant. House could use some more kitchen tools -- potholders, can opener, plastic glassware, etc. Large private pool area with plenty of seating. Screening/door around pool needs some repair. Lots of holes where lizards and hornets were getting in pool area. Pool light was out which was disappointing for night swimming. Property owner and maintenance service were very prompt and addressed issues right away. They were unable to fix pool lights while we were there, but they tried and kept us updated on progress.

Communication with the property owner before the trip was great - very quick to reply to any questions. After arrival we noticed one of the vertical blinds was broken and I sent an email (so we didn't get blamed). I also asked if there were batteries in the house or nearby as some of the fan remotes weren't working. Mgmt. was there within the hour with fresh batteries and a fix for the blind. Very friendly. The house is great. Nice and cool and clean (although some of the light fixtures have been missed for a while, fyi) - even the pool was very clean. We did have a problem with the pool being extra hot (hot-tub hot!) and contacted Mgmt. again and they sent someone the next day. It took a few days for the pool to cool off enough to be comfortable (it was June and HOT outside) but we were able to use the main community pool. Overall a great stay and excellent alternative to Disney properties.

This spacious home was perfect for our family vacay - four adults and 2 boys. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, TV, and comfortable beds. It is laid out so we had could have our space after a long day. There are 2 outside dining tables by the pool and plenty of chairs and loungers. We could sit on the back porch and watch the boys at the playground next door. We loved how the living room sliding glass doors opened up the whole house to the pool area. Make sure to make noted of the courtesy items they provide, i.e. trash bags, toilet paper. paper towels, dishwashing soap, etc..... If you stay a week or more with a large party, it will not be enough, Bring some from home. Make sure you read all information owner has left in the home regarding toilets/flushing and check out. Pros: Great location to Disney & Universal, 5 minute walk to awesome club house, close to Walmart, Publix, and restaurants, right next to kids playground with a secured fence. Elaine was very responsive to all issues. Cons: The house pool was a bit of disappointment. It was very cloudy the day we arrived. Contacted Elaine and she responded immediately - had pool guy come to address. Next day we found water hose in pool had been left over night and almost overfilled the pool. Pool still cloudy, so pool guy came again and poured some kind of "clearing" liquid in the pool - not very friendly either. By the time we left 6 days later, pool was still not clear......

I got married in Orlando over the weekend and rented a villa to host my siblings and friends. Due to the pandemic (and let's be real, Florida), we reduced our guest count. The few friends we invited declined to travel. This ended up working well as the villa was never at full occupancy and everyone can relax and enjoy their space without feeling cramped.My husband and I ended up staying the majority of the week at my in-law's villa, also located in Windsor Hills. We only stayed my rental villa the first night and the last 3 nights of our vacation. I have to say, I preferred the villa I rented for my family and friends over my in-laws! First of all, I loved the fact that there's 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, so no need to share! When you enter the villa, it feels cool due to the high ceilings and fans that provide good circulation. This villa has newer carpet and fewer furnishings, but everything is in good condition. The kitchen had more variety of dishware and cooking utensils compared to my in-law's villa. The beds are larger and more comfier for a good night's rest. The HVAC seems to be better, too, as my in-law's villa was kind of stuffy at times.There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors by the pool. My siblings and friends enjoyed lounging and relaxing during the week. I only had one issue with a clogged drain, and Elaine responded very quickly and had it resolved. The only minor issue is the request for trash be taken to a compacter in a nearby resort neighborhood by your day of departure, per the instructions on the entryway table. I had a LOT of trash due to ordering floral arrangements for the wedding, so it took me a while to sort through the flowers that still looked good. It took my husband and my brother nearly an hour to dispose of the trash. We were really cutting it close to the 10am check-out time. The security guard at the neighboring complex had NO idea why they were there, but waved them through and let them use their trash disposal facility. However, there's a dumpster in walking distance of the villa, and there is a doorway bench at all the houses where you can place a couple of bags of trash inside the bench and Windsor Hills waste management team takes it away on a near daily basis. I saw many villas leave bags of trash at their curb throughout the week. Aside from the confusion about that, it was a wonderful stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone interested in staying in Windsor Hills!

House was perfect for our family vacation. Had everything we needed and more. Elaine was great to work with. Was quick to reply to any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely consider this property for our next Florida vacation. Hope it’s soon! Thanks Elaine!!

We chose this property specifically because it was right next to the park and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! What a great location, our young kids had a blast and made tons of friends that they would see later on at the pool and it was just a great and safe place for them to play while we could watch them from the comfort of our back porch sipping adult beverages. Lovely home, very comfortable beds, super location so close to the clubhouse and this park!
