My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place in Anna Maria. Our two boys, 4 and 6, loved the toys, games, and legos, and it was so nice having beach gear to use. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect...just a quick walk to the beach and the bay. The unit was clean and cozy. We would love to stay there again in the future.

This is our third stay and we’ll continue coming back. Jeff is a wonderful host, the house is clean and comes packed with all of the amenities you would need for a beach vacation.

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Gulf and Bay. The house was very comfortable, with great beds and a comfy couch, perfect for mid-day naps. It was well stocked with all the items we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon, and we're very thankful that these items were available as they made our beach experience much more enjoyable.

House was very spacious for a family of four with teenage boys. We loved the screened in porch in the front and the downstairs screened in room for games and movie night. This place is located half way between the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. Both a short enough distance to walk or bike. Located near shopping and restaurants too but on a quiet street. Home had everything you need. Kitchen was well equip with staple items like oils, seasonings, sugar, etc. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Even had a couple fishing poles. Overall a really nice place with a great location. Was perfect for our family's stay!

This cozy house is located a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We barely needed to get back in the car once we arrived which made for a very relaxing vacation! We absolutely loved our stay and plan return again!

We really enjoyed our week here! The house is clean, the kitchen well stocked and Jeff was a great host! Thanks, Jeff, for the new grill since the old one was rusted out--we used it! We enjoyed the outdoor living room and the games! Lots of beach equipment in the shed! The bikes were a great way to get around the island (FYI, the breaks on the white bike are not great--but we made it work) The screened porch is great place for morning coffee and evening card games! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the good experience!

We very much enjoyed (what was) our second stay at this home. Love how comfortable it is, and the location is perfect for beach days, dining, walking the neighborhoods, or shopping. We’re planning to come again next year!

Jeff and Susan are wonderful and responsive hosts. Their home is ideally situated two blocks from the Gulf, two blocks from the Bay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The home is well equipped with everything to make for a comfortable home away from home. The beds are soft so if you like that you will be fine.

We love it here enough to have just completed our second stay at Ave Maria. Jeff and Sue work hard to provide everything their guests could want to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable, and an extremely quick to reply to any questions. It could not be in a more convenient location on AMI; just behind the wonderful Pine Avenue, with a short walk to wonderful Bean Point, some of the best restaurants on the island, the Pier or the free trolley stops! The beds are extremely comfortable - always an important consideration, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items - should you wish to stay home to eat. Use of the beach toys and bikes was greatly appreciated. too! Thank you both for making our stay so lovely again :)

The house has everything! Well appointed, great location and everything you need for a day at the beach. We came in on the tail of Idalia and Jeff could not have been any better with providing us with updates on the house and the island. This will definitely be our go to choice next time we travel to AMI!

This is our second time staying at “the yellow house” and we will certainly be back. All of the amenities you need for a day at the beach for the family. Very clean and well stocked and prompt communication from Jeff.

This was our second stay at Ave Maria and it was just as we remembered. This home is incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything you’ll need for the beach. The location is excellent and allows you to walk or bike to either the Gulf or Bay beaches, numerous restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family. Location was great, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Beach items worked well, had lots of options for kids and adults.

Great property and the location to the beach and Pine Avenue can’t be beat. We vacation to AMI yearly to visit my parents and will definitely stay here again. We used the beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys daily. The bikes were also a great variety of sizes so that my husband and two teenagers went for daily rides. Just bring your bathing suit, this place has everything else ready for you!

First off I cannot say enough about the prime location this house sits on! Literally one street over is golf cart rentals and all the shopping you’d ever want! Amazing restaurants are less then a 6 minute walk in either direction. This house is a gem! We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, the host was very prompt on all responses, great location, and a ton of amenities! We didn’t even get to use the down stairs area with games and covered patio because we were so busy but it is so cute and absolutely functional and perfect! Lots of parking! Quiet and nicely kept neighborhood. Can we talk about beach gear??? I was totally surprised! This house has everything you need from a beach wagon to chairs and beyond, the outdoor shower is a plus and the attention to detail where there are pavers connected to the shower area so you don’t step back on the dirt is perfect! Lots of toiletries and towels available for us! We hope one day to be returning one day to Ave Maria!

What a wonderful stay at this lovely home. I have stayed at many homes in the past and this is my favorite! Very clean, well stocked with anything you need and so close to everything. I can’t wait to go back again!

The house is in a great location, and has several things you may not find elsewhere. For example, there were four nice folding beach chairs, a new beach shade canopy, lots of beach toys and a nice cart so you can wheel all the stuff to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, with very soft white sand that doesn't get hot in the strong sun. We were there in June, and we spent the mornings at the beach - the temp was in the low 80's. The sun felt very hot in the afternoons although the temp never reached 90. The house has good, quiet central air which kept us cool. We also liked the screened porch. We enjoyed using the bicycles, but they are not in great shape. There are six bikes. Two are too broken to ride. The others have bad brakes and gears that don't work. There was only one functional helmet. The interior of the house is outdated. There is a collection of mis-matched plates and utensils in the kitchen. Some pots and pans were well beyond being ready for the trash bin. The cups, glasses and flatware appeared dirty, which I discovered is because the dishwasher cleans very poorly. I hand-washed several items before using them. The other appliances functioned well. All in all, we had an enjoyable time. The water in the Gulf was clean and was the perfect temperature for swimming. I do recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind that it hasn't been remodeled in a long time.

The property had an open layout. Spacious bedrooms. Plenty of out door seating on screened patio and screened room under house. Lot of beach equipment such as wagon, tents, bikes for sight seeing on the island. It was within walking distance to the pier and beach. Definitely will be back.

We had an amazing week on Anna Marie Island. The yellow house fit our needs perfectly. Great location for walking to the gulf side or Pier side and one block from the main restaurants and shops. The kids loved walking over to Pine to get ice cream, donuts and coffee. The beds were comfortable which is rare and the screened in porch was where we hung out when we were actually back at the home. The shower to rinse off was a big plus as it's hard not to drag sand all over. Had everything we needed, only critique would be to provide more toilet paper and and paper towels which are really no big deal. Sure appreciated our stay!

Jeff was an awesome host and very helpful with getting us into the property a little earlier than check in. We loved the house and property and felt very comfortable. A very short walk or bike ride to the gulf side or the bay side and the island was beautiful! Thank you so much!!!

This home is in a perfect location on AMI. It is located at the north end (quiet end) of the Island and is within walking distance of the beach and many fine restaurants. We didn't need to use our car the during our entire stay. Jeff (the owner) was very easy to reach and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This house had so many extras for us to enjoy (bicycles, Giant Jenna and Connect Four. spike ball, beach umbrella and chairs and so much more). We loved the whole experience!

Great property, nice accommodations and comfy King bed. Just a few blocks to the gulf or the bay that you can walk with a beach cart or ride a bike courtesy of the owners! Beautiful location and nice to walk or ride to multiple close restaurants and shops. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. The hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and accessible and the house was perfect for our family week. It was really well provisioned for both beach and house and I can't think of a thing I would add.

We were first timers on Anna Maria Island, and it did not disappoint. Jeff’s Place was in the perfect location, situated between the gulf coast and the intercoastal. Just a short walk/golf cart ride to the sunrise or sunset. Many restaurants on Pine (the street next to his). Lovely, clean home, with all the amenities we needed and more.
