Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The stunning views from all angles were truly breathtaking even when rainy, and we loved waking up to such a beautiful view every morning. We even had a visit from some otters one evening.
The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean—it's hard to believe a family lived above us. They were sweet enough to give us champagne for our anniversary.
Wonderful choice for a peaceful getaway with gorgeous scenery and clean comfortable accommodations.

The views from the back yard are literally breathtaking and the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so if you want to you can walk in to the town of Sidney. It’s also a short distance to the airport and ferry terminals. We didn’t rent a car and just used Uber to get around. The owner was great to work with and although they live in the main house upstairs We really couldn’t hear them. We will definitely stay here again!

Sabrina's place is beautiful and the location is amazing! I stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a 10K in Victoria and took advantage of the hot tub over looking the ocean. I would stay here again without a doubt! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds are super comfy! I highly recommend!

This property was located on a beautiful quiet cove that was convenient to so many activities. The home was beautiful, the hot tub and views were not to be missed, and we were able to day trip to hikes, whale watching, and even participated in a local ParkRun 5k! If you are a light sleeper you may want a white noise maker.

Peaceful setting with stunning views. We enjoyed views of seals, blue herons, the sunrise and the sunset. We enjoyed every minute. The patio is a great place to relax and the hot tub was a good way to end the day.

We were stunned and delighted by the views from the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets, birds, boats, and lots of water activity all a few feet from the back patio. Very safe neighborhood for walking, grocery store, gas station and liquor store within 5 minutes. Seaglass Waterfront Cafe within walking distance. We ate here twice because it was so good.
We felt like we had our own oasis. We never saw or heard from the host. Instructions for use were very easy.
Super clean, well decorated, light, airy and peaceful.
Only issue we had was carrying our luggage down 16 concrete steps. We took it easy and thought the beauty of the site was worth this effort.

A lovely place to stay. The view is incredible and the home is well kept. We would definitely come again. If you are traveling by boat as we were, it’s very close to Van Isle Marina and makes it very convenient. As a bonus, the marina has a very nice restaurant on property.

Listing is as pictured, pretty clean, kitchen is well stocked, outdoor living space is beautiful. Check in process is super easy. While the listing said it was the owner's family home, please note that they are home, you will see them and their family and you will hear them, very nice people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - property was very clean and well equipped. Sidney is a lovely town to wander around and the Seaglass restaurant def worth a visit. We loved using the hot tub to watch the sunrise and sunset and watch the Blue Herons and seals. We even had a couple of visits from a hummingbird. Would thoroughly recommend and wish we had stayed for longer.

We loved everything about our stay at this property! The house is absolutely stunning. The view is incredible and we enjoyed that it had easy access to the bay so we could kayak and SUP each morning and afternoon (we brought our own). Sabrina was great at answering my questions prior to check in and she remained available throughout our stay. We are already planning our next visit.

We had a wonderful little stay with our grandsons, 15 and 12. Loved bopping around Sidney and then coming back to the hot tub.

Sabrena’s property is well designed and beautifully decorated for a perfect seaside experience. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable outdoor furniture gazing for hours at the spectacular views of the Gulf and San Juan islands. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen satisfactorily appointed for cooking a meal for four. I am not much on watching television, however the theater room was quite fun for a movie night after a long day exploring the area. The Seaglass Restaurant is a short 5-minute walk and has excellent food with outdoor seating on the marina. We enjoyed a fun day exploring the Gulf Islands with Captain Miles of Bay to Bay Charters-also a short walk from the property. We didn’t have a car but we could easily schedule a taxi for pickup. The property is very quiet aside from the occasional noise of the hosts waking across the floor above (which didn’t bother us in the slightest). Sabrina was gracious, most accommodating and very responsive. This was an absolutely fantastic experience for our group of four.

It was a privilege staying at this outstanding property. Roomy, lots of covered outdoor space and a beautiful view ensured a daily experince to look forward to. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with everything you need. the inetrior is light , airy with high ceilings and exceptionally clean. The location is quiet and perfect with a short walk to the marina and restaurant. Communication and onboarding with the ownwer was efficient and friendly. We hope to come back to this location on the future. You’ll find no better in the vicinity!

This home was so comfortable, clean, & cozy for the 4 of us. The views are spectacular & the neighborhood was lovely. This was conveniently close to the airport. The shops, restaurants, and groceries are all right there within 1-2miles too.
We had one hiccup and the property contact was attentive and helpful, although the other person who was there (home/ in-town) never called me back or came to check on us after.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cooking.
Would stay here again.

While Sabrina’s property is beautiful and the location is stunning this is not the place for you if you are looking for a relaxing time away. The listing did mention they lived above the suite but made no mention of it being a young family. We didn’t mind the obvious noise of kids running around through out the day as that’s understandable. The quiet hours are listed 10pm-7am. The first night the noise in the upstairs went on after the quiet time. On the 3rd night it was like party going on upstairs. We understand if people are living above there are to be expected household noises but this was way beyond that. From 5pm till 945 (until I messaged them) our doors were rattling , we could hear music , stomping , running and very loud voices. It was so unbearable we did not want to stay the last day if it was to continue the next night. We could not believe an event like this would be planned while guests were in the suite below. Had we known there was going to so much noise we definitely would not have chosen this place. Even though the property was stunning and the suite was well maintained, we were very dissatisfied because of this

The setting is spectacular, the suite was well appointed and comfortable, use of the hot tub adds to the relaxation. We had a cute little otter entertain us a few times a day. The location is an easy drive from main street.

My husband and I stayed here along with our adult daughter. We didn't have much time to just relax and enjoy this beautiful spot but will definitely consider it again on our next visit to the island

Goegeous waterfront property with excellent views of the bay. This suite had so many extras that made our stay so comfortable & relaxing. Sabrina & Dallas were such gracious hosts. As seniors we would suggest better lighting and a handrail on the access stairway from the parking spot down to the suite entrance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures truly do not do it justice. Once we got onto the property we all stopped and went "WOW" and then we entered the house and that to was amazing. Sydney is such a beautifil little town firendly people and only a half hour from Victoria where we went on a whale watching tour which was absolutley magnificiant. We had a fabulous time for sure!!

We had a great trip visiting Victoria BC. A major part of our great trip was the house we stayed at. It truly was a little piece of haven on the water. The house had everything a family would need and it's perfect for a family like ours (two adults and two kids). We didn't want our vacation to be over. Loved every minute of our stay. We will be back!

We can’t say enough about how nice Sabrina’s home is. It was equivalent to staying in a luxury resort! Every aspect of her home is modern and stunning, and the views from the backyard are simply breathtaking. The town of Sidney is also lovely and it was nice to be so close to great restaurants and activities. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and recommend to anyone coming through Vancouver Island!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location, views and property were absolutely stunning!! The beach house was so clean and lovely and had everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed the theatre room and hot tub!! We would love to book again!!

Peaceful and quiet
The accommodation is exceptional. A great place to enjoy the west coast surroundings on your Adirondack chairs. Not far from the Lochside biking trail and a short walk from fine dining at the Seaglass restaurant.
The owners were very discrete, suite was lovely, parking beside their home was very handy and our stay there was great. Thank you.

We stayed at this property over the May long weekend May 20-23, 2022.
Excellent property, very well maintained, great location. The hot tub was very nice, over looking the bay. High recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway!
