My daughter (34) and I met with our son (38) and daughter in law and their two kids (under 3). We loved the views and there was plenty of room for the older boy to roam. We enjoyed the fire pit under the stars.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. We’re glad to have found this gem of a home in Sedona. Property was clean had everything you need for an extended stay. But the cherry was without a doubt the views. The panoramic windows place you in the mountains. Thank you we enjoyed every minute of this cozy home. Enrique

The views are amazing! Beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Sedona. We stayed with three adult couples and there was more than enough space. The only small issue we had was there being a mouse (which we realize is common in the desert in the summer). We did not see the mouse but we saw the droppings. When someone came to put traps out he did not clean up the droppings. We were also told he was going to come on the second day of our stay and he did not come until the 4th and we were leaving the next day. Other than wishing the pest control came sooner, everything was great. I recommend staying at this house.

This home is absolutely beautiful, very warm and cozy with spectacular views of West Butte. The location was just ideal too. The host is outstanding! The property manager took 4 days to fix a window blind. However, the accomodations were first rate!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! Incredible views, great location, spacious home. Property is exactly as described & more! I stayed here with 3 girlfriends & it was perfect for the 4 of us! We want to make this an annual trip and would definitely stay here again!

This property is a great property and is recommended to those who want a clean, spacious space with phenomenal views and close proximity to downtown Sedona. You are convenient located to numerous hiking spots. Definitely would select this place again.

We were only able to stay for 3 nights but we wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was fantastic. House was clean and the location and views are amazing. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Amazing views and you could enjoy them either inside or out depending on the weather. Just a helpful note if you have a dog, we saw both javelinas and coyotes in the neighborhood while we were there, so keep your dog on leash! Not a complaint, just want them to be safe.

We really enjoyed this house. The views from the house are worth staying there. It was a quiet and centrally located neighborhood. Quite steep so threat of snow made us glad we had decent car. House is clean and very nice both inside and out. The kitchen was easy to cook in, plenty of space for family to hang out. The no door on the master bathroom thing took a minute but it didn’t detract from the rest of the experience. Sedona is so gorgeous and this house really lets you capture it in its fullest.

If you want to experience the energy and views of the red rocks, moon and sunrise, this home is exceptional. The home and furniture are very comfortable. We also had a seven year old with us, and it was great for her too. Nice decks for hanging out outside. Loved the morning sunrise and coffee on the deck. The moon rise views are beautiful!

Beautiful house with a unique and interesting layout, with incredible views all around. Exactly as pictured in the ad. Multiple decks and patio spaces to enjoy the views. My third time in Sedona (and of course it won’t be my last) and next time in town I will stay at this house again.

The house was delightful with views out the majority of windows overlooking red rock country. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Management was responsive to our questions. Overall, our four days in Sedona were exceptional!

This vacation rental is fabulous! Panoramic views from the living and out door areas with an amazing location. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, but close to the action of Sedona and Oak Creek. Had wine and cheese on the balcony every night to watch the sunset over the red rocks. The home is large and spacious - maybe needs a little updating, but that would not stop us from returning. Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the living room were gorgeous! The only two minor negatives about this house was the master bathroom. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom which allows light from the sky light in the bathroom to flood the bedroom in the early morning. In addition, there is no door in the water closet in the master bathroom. So, zero privacy when using the restroom. Other than those two things, the house is very clean and is close to everything in town!

The rooms were great! We laughed at the detailed decorating. A lot of horses and fishing stuff. Not enough toilet paper. Ice machine was slow. There were four of us, so the rooms worked out great. We had one friend in the lower level. Views were amazing and the kitchen was more equipped than expected.

We stayed at the Caballo property and it was the perfect destination for our holiday with friends. The house was spacious and comfortable. The views were magnificent. We enjoyed several meals around the table, time on the patios soaking in the red rocks and walks around the neighborhood. We were able to access mountain bike trails within biking distance from the house. Our dog was able to join us at this property so our whole family could be included. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared nearly every meal in the home, which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of the Sedona area during a busy holiday week. This home is a quick drive to wherever you want to go in Sedona, and we would surely stay again!

We enjoyed a long weekend with friends in this gorgeous home. With the house at the top of a hill, the views were amazing from every room and the back patio. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house was very clean, and the furniture was all comfortable.
A door between the main bedroom and bathroom and thicker curtains in the main bathroom would be beneficial for additional privacy.
We hope to return to Sedona and this home again in the future!

The pictures and the view are what prompted us to book this property. And we are glad we did!! The place was clean, fully stocked with things to make meals at home, and plenty of space to hang out on 3 of fbe 4 sides of the home to enjoy the view. We enjoyed watching the sun set each evening right from the comfort of our own place. The location is great. Quick to get into town by turning right out of the neighborhood. Or turn right and get to Chapel of the Holy Cross and Cathedral rock within minutes. We were very satisfied with everything about this home and would stay again!

The property is in a nice neighborhood and has stunning views. The house and neighborhood were clean, quiet, and peaceful. We were no more than 15 min from all the places to see and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great views, spacious, nice little neighborhood for walking, friendly neighbors. Steep driveway is a problem if you have a bike rack. It bangs on the pavement at interface with the street no matter what angle or how slow you go. We had a unique issue prior to the stay and they resolved it quickly and were very accommodating.

Only complaint would be, the master bathroom had sheer curtains on the windows so couldn’t use it at night.

This property was wonderful! The views were absolutely incredible. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise every morning. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was super convenient that there was a garage door opener to put in your vehicle.
If you are concerned about over use of fragrance don’t be, bedding was fine and there were no candles, air fresheners or plug in type things which we greatly appreciated.
We would stay here again without hesitation.
