Very clean and owner/ manager contacted us often to check on things. Having a garage was a plus. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gainesville.

Exactly as advertised, great mid-century house with plenty of space for a large group of people. Centrally located and extremely convenient shopping and dining. Host is responsive and provided timely access details and thorough information pertaining to the property. Will definitely rent again, next time the family is in town.

I was in town for my daughters surgery- was so thankful for this place to stay. Only thing I would change is the oven. Could use a once over or replacement. The couch could use a little cleaning as well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

House was as advertised. Easy in and out, with great communication with property manager.

Overall the place was okay. Sinks were low, shower height and lights were really low, floor was taped so maybe a remodel caused the amenities to be lower than standard. It was close to where we needed to be and suitable for the weekend.

We traveled for work, and after a long day, this was the perfect home to unwind at. The couch is unbelievably comfortable.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Quiet neighborhood except there is a commercial business nearby that makes considerable noise starting at 7:00AM on weekdays.

Just what we needed as a place to stay and refresh near the hospital as a loved one was dealing with a serious surgery.

We stayed at Peaceful Vibes at the beginning of the month and decided we needed another long weekend away. Of course, we chose Peaceful Vibes. Such a cute neighborhood with little traffic, quiet at night. Our dog loved the back yard to play ball. Publix right up the street. Everything you need is within short distances. Don’t forget to visit Satchels Pizza! Great deep dish! Host was great about communication and the house was very clean. Will be back!

Location is perfect for easy access to the springs and downtown Gainesville. We had 2 Couples and 3 kids and had plenty of room. The living room is very spacious and a great place to gather at the end of the day and relax!

My husband and I needed to come to Gainesville for some appointments that were going to take a full day. We have a dog that can get antsy in hotel rooms so I have found VRBO’s are just more comfortable. We also just wanted to get away for a couple of days. Peaceful Vibes definitely fit the bill. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was quite comfortable and has a long back yard to play ball. Only issue was the Wi-Fi was a bit sporadic and would cut out during movies. We enjoyed driving around the area as well. Back in 1991, the current site of the Lowe’s store up the street was once a department store where my husband I met! That as many moons ago, but the Hungry Howie’s is still there! Good memories! Lot of great places to eat nearby and there is a coffee place on the corner within walking distance. Owner was great at communicating and provided all necessary information timely. Will definitely look into staying here again when we need to come back up during the year!

Easy stay in clean and centrally located home. Jarred was a very good communicator! Great house for folks looking for simple space that can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group.

My family stayed here for my son’s graduation. We had ample room to move around and relax. It is located five minutes from campus so it s very convenient. We would recommend it to anyone needing a place near UF

I needed a property for my family to stay and attend my daughter's UF graduation. The location of this property is fantastic. Close to all of the campus activities and about a 5 minute easy drive to the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. It is a short walking distance to a very nice coffee shop "Coffee Culture". The property was exceptional for us because it allowed us to travel with our dogs and have a FENCED IN back yard with a lot of room to run. The property was clean and everything was in good working order. And very easy to communicate with the owner. Thanks Jarred for hosting us!

We stayed here for UF Preview (orientation) with our daughter. This property was very close to campus and offered great coffee shop within walking distance. House was very clean and has a large garage for parking. Jarred was very responsive and professional. Keep in mind that most neighborhoods near campus are older model homes, but this property was very clean and well kept. Beds were great. We would definitely return for another stay.

Jared was very accommodating and accessible during our stay. Very spacious home close to UF. We would definitely stay there again.

My 3 friends and I travel quite a bit together to get the heck out of town sometimes. We threw a dart at Gainesville and stayed the weekend. The house is adorable! It is well-cared-for, simply decorated, and well provisioned. The little house has been redone but not so much as to have taken any character away. The big glass windows in the living room made us very happy! The owner was nothing but kind and helpful and quick to respond. In my opinion, definitely a 5 star house. We will be back!

Jarred is very communicative and cares very much that you are comfortable and happy. Master bed was comfortable. We could park our car in the garage, which is something you don't find often. Everything worked.

Our family with teens stayed here while in town to visit UF. The large living space was great - plenty of room for family games, large eating area, and room to spread out for a movie. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is not updated but has everything you need. Attached garage available. Quiet neighborhood, cute little coffee shop one block down.
