Good Day, the stay was great. Location was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the radio stayed on at the pool overnight. I understand during the day however, it played 24 hours a day. Thanks so much, Heather

What a beautiful, clean condo! Just steps away from the beach and the pool! A great place for a little getaway!

The best Easter ever! Wonderful spring break, so many activities for the kids. Location was steps from the beach, fitness center, and dining options. We rented bikes to get to everything else. Cute deer visited us every evening and we loved walking next door for ice cream. Beautiful place!

This was the perfect place to stay for my son‘s golf tournament on island. If was clean and a great location. My only complaint, if I had to have one, would be that there was no shampoo in the unit and no ice on site as listed. We would stay here again.

Our trip here was awesome!! The property was great and clean, and was in a great location. It took a couple hours for the property manager to respond but no biggy!! We will return again, and I will recommend staying here

This efficiency room was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for uncomplicated, close to the ocean. The room was clean, first floor, pet friendly, and the walkway to the beach was just around the corner. It couldn't have been any simpler.

This was our first time on Fripp Island and it was a wonderful stay. The property was exactly how it was listed and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. This was perfect for our family of three (the bunk beds are great for multiple kids). We are already planning to book again next summer! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This location is perfect for the pools, markets, shopping, and access to the ocean. We will certainly be returning for an annual visit.

Newly renovated and mere steps from pool, beach club, ocean, tennis/pickle ball, or bike path. I like that this is a first floor unit - no steps. Owner was very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure all was in order. We visited in February so very quiet in the neighborhood before the vacation season gets to full swing. Just how we like it! Long walks on the beach and time to read.

The studio was super cute and clean! Host Kathy was absolutely responsive.

The world class beach is a short and easy walk away. We had a great time! Our 2 adult children opted to stay elsewhere - but would be perfect for young family.

This property was decent. It was clean but did smell very musty when we entered. The bathtub has some issues (a big crack in it). It was close to the beach and pool which was good. For off-season (mid-October), I felt that the price was exorbitant for this property. We were there for a wedding and only needed one room and were shocked at the high prices for a tiny motel-like efficiency. I would have been okay with it if the price was half as much, although that would have even been too high.

We loved this incredibly clean studio and NO STAIRS! One of our favorite experiences on Fripp Island. Kathy was so welcoming and a lovely attentive hostess. Incredibly fast response time too! Well stocked studio with extra paper products, garbage can liners, soaps, and the added special touches of coffee supplies and even K-cups were left for us. Great location being next to the restaurants, pools and the beach. We loved the comfortable King bed with the most comfortable pillows and beach towels. We felt very welcome and are looking forward to our next vacation here.

We enjoyed our condo very much! The check-in process was almost flawless, but quickly remedied. In Our condo, the rug is in bad need of replacing and had a huge stain right by the side of the bed, along with the entire rug looking dingy. Also the bathtub bottom was cracked and leaking below the tub, and had some patchwork done to it. These were our only real drawbacks to the appearance of the condo. Besides that, cleanliness was excellent. The neighborhood was friendly and we were close to the beach, but not on the beach, but we were poolside as described. In order to eat on the island at any of the restaurants we were required to purchase cards for entry. These cards were also necessary to enjoy any of the other amenities on the island, so that is something to take into account, as the closest town is quite a ways away. We were there mostly for the beach and the serenity and enjoyed our stay which was quite pet friendly, and the friendliness of the local deer was quite exciting! Overall we enjoyed our trip very much and the condo as well! We would gladly return in the future.

If you are looking for an early check-in or late check out… this may not be your place or planning a head and asking right when you book might have been better, but the location was great! Very clean! Would stay again! No complaints.

It was so nice to stay so close to EVERYTHING! It was cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was efficient - we were able to cook up some awesome seafood dinner a few nights! Kathy was really nice and responded to our messages and questions in a very timely manner. A great place to taste the best of Fripp!

Great location! We had a blast!

The king size bed was so comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed. I took my crock pot & here they even had one of those! The keurig is a duo. The kitchen is a compacted area, you just have to make it work. Which we did. This condo sits by the main Clubhouse so you can walk to the beach, pool & food court. The downside is outlets. I'm sure the building was built before cell phones & tablets. Another downside is parking. If you drive an SUV, good luck. There's also no golf cart parking at the building & no way to charge one so you'll need a gas powered cart. Other than those two issues we had a fabulous stay!

Beautiful rental in a perfect location. It was a great size for two of us and would have fit two kids as well. We loved our stay and will definitely rent this property when we return. I recommend adding the amenity cards for a small fee to allow you to use the pools and restaurants. It was a little challenging to find the property as we didn't see signs from the street for it, so pay close attention to the instructions from the management company.
