離美國村超近轉個彎就到了,停車場也夠大非常適合自駕自助旅行,房間很大很舒適,還有一個小小的更衣室,孩子還可躲在裡面玩遊戲,最重要的是,我們是五人房,每個人的床頭居然各自有屬於自己的插座可以充電,真的是太驚喜了!
除了價格比較高一點,並且沒有附早餐還需要另外加購,其餘的沒有可挑剔的地方

トータルで全体的に良かった。
多分スタッフのコミニュケーションミスがあった様で、掃除なしでも届けられる筈のタオルやお水が届いてなかったですが、それでも心地よい滞在でした。
ホテルでコンプリメントのトランスファーサービスがあれば最高です。そうなれば直ぐにまた伺います。

地點好，就在美國村核心位置，樓下有這次旅途印象最深刻的迴轉壽司，以及諸多居酒屋供晚上覓食。
自助早餐優，日式料理、沖繩特產居多，好吃且有趣。有很多「自製」環節，可以自製海鮮丼（但食材品質一般般）、沖繩麵、煎漢堡排、冰淇淋機等等。私心推薦把沖繩麵的滷肉加在白飯上，會變成有夠好吃的台灣味😂
洗澡需要站在浴缸中洗，且浴缸偏滑，滿危險的。
房間位置排在二樓，外面吵雜聲會傳入房內。

1. Location, its next to American village with lots of eateries, shopping and the place is so vibrant.
2. Amenities, besides the standard comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, there were also very handy packets of wash, toner and lotion which is self-service at the reception area. There is also drinks from 2 to 10 pm for guests
3. Onsen, clean and spacious which comes with Dyson hairdryers and more amenities available such as comb & towels. There is also a footbath just outside the main door.
4. Breakfast, the spread covers the local, Japanese and western food.
5. Washer & Dryers, comes in 9 each so guests don't have to fight for the usage.
6. View at the pool during sunset is priceless

Location is great with many restaurants and supermarket around. The public bath is great.
The room is generally clean but there's hair strand in my bathtub and tiny stain on the carpet.
The room is a bit small for us (2adults and 2 kids plus 3 luggages)

Beautiful rooftop pool area and spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Nice, accessible parking.
Pool at extra cost and by day. Would appreciate a 24 hour pass so you could use the pool on the afternoon of checkin and into the next day. We would’ve liked to use the pool the morning of checkout but paying for an entire day didn’t make sense.

Convenient Location. Friendly front desk staff explained things in details and very helpful in attending our request (One of them helped us to check in was Ms Satoko). Very clean onsen.

Prefect location, facilities and services. Staffs were very friendy and helpful. Special thanks to the staff 友利, who explained to us about the room and services of the hotel in a warm and detailed way. Highly recommend the room with ocean view, where you can see the fireworks at night. Onsen and wet sauna were great too :)

No one to monitor the onsen public bath and someone was using handphone inside the bath area that felt unsecure. I was reported to the receptionist but no one is speaking...
Breakfast does not meet my expectations .
Overall, this is not value to the money that we have paid... .

I wanted to experience of the hot spring forest however I didn’t know the policy about being naked or having a tattoo with will not allow me to enter. My tattoo was when I was young and not visible when using a bathing suit.

In the center of American Village connected to a Lawson's, near many restaurants in walking distance! The pool is beautiful but a fee is required to enter. There is also a bathhouse. Fee required for parking and accessories like Fire stick. The coffee in the morning and popsicles during check in is nice!
