Not every day do you see a place like this who pays so much attention to details. Super clean, completely renovated, comfy bed, clean crisp white sheets, she has the necessities at the ready which I so appreciate like large size shampoo, shower gel, soap, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, and even a big bottle of water in the fridge, olive oil, vinegar, salt and some cookies. Clean snowy white towels, TV even has Netflix which we really appreciated since we stayed in one night. There was a complete guide on the table including all kinds of tips of places to visit and she even sent me several messages with places to see and with all the necessary stores nearby like pharmacy and supermarket.

Nothing. Maybe only thing I would add is coffee for those coffee addicts like me who wants to make one first thing in the morning.

Location is great - about 15 min walk from Playa del Postiguet and there are multiple stores just around the corner. The loft is big enough for 2 people and it is very well equipped - not only did it have all the cooking equipment, ironing board and leisure things such as TV and speaker, it also had a selection of spices for cooking, which was great! The host was attentive while not being intrusive, and the check in and check out were very smooth. We also very much enjoyed the complimentary drinks and cookies.☺️

Unfortunately, due to the position of the bed, it got a lot of light throughout the night (small glass windows above the door). The street can get noisy, especially in the evenings and at night the dogs like to bark around it. We wished the kitchen came with more than one bowl and a small dishwasher. Unfortunately, the hair dryer did not work.

We were met at location by the host who was very helpful in describing (in detail) how to best make use of the property. Location-wise, it was convenient, just a few blocks from all major activity points so long as you are not hauling luggage to get there from Tram, Train or bus terminals. We used a taxi cab and that worked perfect for just about 6 euros from the nearest Alicante's Tram station.

We enjoyed everything about the nicely updated apartment with the only exception that at night it was not completely dark due to an exterior light and occasionally there were some loud motorcycles driving without mufflers, but neither of these nuisances were major factors, considering all the positives. Overall, this was a good choice for us.

Nice cosy studio with everything you need in. Very nice and easy to accommodate hosts. Very close to city center.

A realy comfortable and clean apartment. Well located. Not very touristic in the street,but you can walk in a 10-15 min. to the beach,restaurants. Hosts were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Really recommend.
