The location is great. The staff from de dining great, the receptionists speak ok English. The rooms are a decent size & mostly clean. The ones from de back have a sea side view, quite lovely. The pool is decent, and the one for children is ok for 3 max. The extra bed for the child is hard. The breakfast again, decent. Free parking, major plus.

The breakfast could have more variety. Considering the rate of the accomodation, I was expecting a little more.

The hotel facilities were above the 3-Star rating. The staff was lovely and helpful, the restaurant is nice and the mood is chill, just right for your holiday. The swimming pool is large & extremely clean. The have both overground & underground parking. Really close to the beach. Me and my fiancee had a fantastic week in Balchik at Samara. Will definitely book next year again and try to spend even more than a week. Kudos!

The location of the hotel is perfect; the pool amazing; most important the hotel is very clean and quiet, and pets are allowed.

Very clean, confortable and very close to the beach.

Air conditioning, no broken furniture, food was ok, had some sort of kitchen with a fridge, outside pool, close to the Nomad beach.

No shelves in the dressing (can't unpack clothes), breakfast area pretty tiny (usually only 1-2 persons can get food at a time), not so much variety for the breakfast. supposedly there's an underground parking, but we were informed it was full, so we parked in the free (and crowded) one across the street.

Everything is it as has to be! Accomodation, meniu/ dishes, restaurant ( different this year, better). Lovely! Clean place, pool is few steps far from the sea. During 3 years i spent 6 holidays here and i realy enjoyed.Eveithing you need for suumer is Samara. They never disappointed me. You don't need to travel thousands km to find heaven. Is here, in Samara and its proximity. That's all i need! Thank you Samara for hospitality! ⛱️🥰🌅

New hotel very close to the main promenade in Balchik. Very nice staff, good breakfast, clean pool, underground parking, we were very happy with our choice.

Our room was on the road side of the hotel, a bit noisy due to traffic. The pool area could benefit an outside shower (currently there is only inside the building)

The staff are really helpful and nice. The room was clean and really big. Unfortunately we didn't get sea view, because we were at the 1st floor, still the room has had a beautiful view. The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach, so it is great!We didn't pay for breakfast, so we cannot evaluate that. Overall pleasant experience.

The smell from the bathroom is a bit unpleasant, also my husband had catched a big insect( myriapod), which was disgusting.

Very good location, friendly staff, big and clean rooms with (partial) sea view. The underground parking was (at least for us) a big selling point. The private pool is also a plus. You can reach the beach (and pedestrian walkway) in less than 1 minute, it's just a flight of stairs away.

Poor breakfast. Only unhealthy options like saussages, processed meats, pastry and some omlette that was barely cooked.

Good location, nice rooms and pool.

The walls are so thin, you hear everything what your neighbors say or do and what happens in the corridors. Not nice for a good sleep.
