We had some family from Germany visiting for the holidays so we decided to rent this villa. The view is spectacular, and the villa itself is luxurious, spacios and great for large families. There is table tennis, treadmill and the beach is nearby. The hosts are nice and helpful, they made everything better. Responsive on messages before and during our stay. We will be coming back for sure. Greetings!

Reimbursement for the inconvenience we experience for the night of the 23rd Aug when the water seeped from the bathroom and the agent said it was us who showered..we cleaned it up and then 2 days later there was a flood. Water came from the bathroom drains..toilets bubbled and water flowed to the kitchen. Took us the use of all the towels..and mopping to clean up and stop that water. We were cooking at the time of the second flood....which was way worse than the 1st one....and had to continue cooking in water. With the first flood one of the kids even slipped and fell with the water.

We had massive plumbing issues. The agent was not cooperative. We require remimbursent for the expensive price paid. We have photos to prove we had plumbing issues...yet agent passed it off as someone showering. It was ridiculous. Also cleaner do not clean to perfection..didnt leave sufficient bath towels...didnt ensure fridge was switched on. Also they did not ensure all beds were made wirh sheets and duvets. My room double bed had one single sheet and one duvet inner ..no clovers. We had to contact agent for fridge on the day we arrived...he had a severe lack of customer.service skills. He came through the next day...and instead of assisting...needed to know what we needed things like duvets..if it's hot.Made us feel like we were complaining for basic things. We sent him a message to assist us with aircons a few days later...because we could not get it to work. He only got back to us 48 hours or so later when we had sent him details.of the plumbing disaster in the house. He came through the next day but we were not in the house...had to leave due to plumbing issues. The only thing he assisted with is a hdmi cable or needed for the tv. That said...the house and the service is not worth the money we spent. great things are the location..the space in the house and the washing machines and tumble dryers. Thank you
