This studio is so close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay too! Comfortable beds, fenced yard for our dogs, towels and kitchen accessories. Would definitely stay again! The host was very responsive as well!

I used to live in the area so I'm very familiar with these older bugalows and the charm that comes along with them. It was just the right size for our small family of 3. My wife felt that the shower was a little small (compared to home) but I couldn't help but realized that it was much larger than a recent cruise we were on. The AC was fridgid and the ceiling fan strong, so at no point did were come close to feeling uncomfortable inside. The best part is the proximity to everything. 1 block and all the restaurants and bars to be had at Lauderdal by the Sea. Highly Recommended.

Only a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants/night life and a 5 minute walk to the beach, this tucked away space was perfect for a quick 3 day getaway. However, not having hot water after a long day at the beach or a night out was a big issue for us.

This was the perfect location for all our needs in Lauderdale by the Sea. The bed was comfy and the space was great.

Loved this little place! It was so convenient to all of downtown and the beach all within walking distance!!! Owner was very easy to reach and responsive!! My husband and I went for a weekend getaway!! The rental was small, but very clean , had all the essentials needed , and perfect for a couple’s getaway!!! Hope to be back soon !!!!

This is a lovely spot. The yard is private and comfortable. The bed is nice and we loved the pillows. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Only $1 to wash and .$75 to dry. Way cheaper than any laundromat. The beach is very close by as well as the downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Place has toilet diry with poo and dirty towels. I ended up cleaning the place and throwing out the trash. The following day the owner ask me to move units in the middle of my trip to a seperate unit. The bed did not look clean and no towels at the locations.

This property is right next to all the restaurants that lauderdale by the sea has to offer. We just parked our car in the reserved spot in front of the property and didn’t have to use it again until we left. Ocean is one block over, everything is a short walk away.

Great area for a getaway

The cottage suited our needs perfectly and was located exactly where I was looking - July 4 was ideal as we walked just 1 block to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and the place was clean and A/C was working GREAT in such hot weather.

It as a cute, private bungalow. Comfortable and safe. Close to tourist beach scene. Perfect for a long stay.

I found the property very clean and it was a great location, I plan on inquiring for a future stay.

We rented this place because of the fenced in backyard that was in the pictures.....we brought our dog which we noted when reserving the place. When we showed up there was NO fenced in back yard, no back yard at all actually. The place smelt like dirty diapers and the owner was non responsive when I asked her about the pictured yard. We left after an hour then 6 hours later the owner told me that I should have told her the yard was important to me if I wanted the yard.....um of course it was important, that’s why I booked it. It was in the pics, why ask her about it?? The owner was so rude and didn’t compromise at all. Don’t stay here. The place smells and is not as pictured. The pictures are false advertising. Worst first experience using Vrbo.

I was looking for a private place because my husband was having hip replacement surgery at Holy Cross hospital. We needed somewhere that he could rest and start his recovery. We needed a place that also would allow pets, as our small dog would be with us. Denise was gracious in ensuring we had the perfect location given all our needs. The cottage was perfect for us in every way! Very close to popular restaurants and just under a mile away from hospital. The cottage has a small patio, and was perfectly suited for us. We hope to return to Ft Lauderdale and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of Denise’s cottages or any other property she has. She was most accommodating and welcoming. Very clean and nicely kept, very cute place! For its very central, close to everything location, it was very quiet too. We are most grateful to Denise and highly recommend her properties! It was perfectly suited for couples. Thank you Denise for taking the time in making a worry-some occasion a lot less stressful from first contact, your prompt responsiveness, and welcome! You and your place gave us great peace of mind. We wish you continued success in VRBOing your properties!
