Great communication with the proprietors prior to and during our stay. Great location. Beautifully decorated with a lot of thought having gone into the interior design.

The three bedrooms on the top floor have very low ceilings, so make sure if you’re 6ft 5 like me, to be very careful.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, close to the station and York attractions. It has quality fittings and is decorated beautifully, true to descriptions. It had lovely bedrooms and great social spaces for the whole group. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. I particularly found the customer service very helpful.

Beautifully decorated, large kitchen with everything you need. Gorgeous bathrooms. Comfy beds and sofa in living room. Felt like a treat to stay in. Great location and friendly staff who answered all messages quickly.

A few minor repairs which we have passed onto the staff but they didn't alter our stay.

Loved every aspect of the house, it was amazing Every room perfect, felt so sad when we had to leave 😢 😞 💔

The location is excellent, the communication prior to going was excellent & the house itself is kept beautifully.

The noise from the works being carried out over the road & the house was not 100% clean..dirty hob, broken toilet chain & it needed more of a clean.

The house is AMAZING, gorgeous decor and ultra modern kitchen. The location was fab, perfect for a hen party weekend, we will 100% be back. If you don’t like noise I wouldn’t suggest staying at a weekend (the pub across the road has a karaoke night on a Friday which made it difficult to sleep in the front 2 rooms (which didn’t matter to us but it would put me off if it was a family weekend) But that doesn’t take away from how stunning the property is so if you don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle outside then your fine!

Beautiful house which was perfect for a big group of friends. House was so spacious with enough seating in the kitchen and living room for everyone. The decor was beautiful and really good facilities. Location was very good, in the centre of York and just round the corner from parking and the station. The hosts were wonderful and always responded so quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location and beautifully decorated house, perfect for a weekend away exploring York. Had everything you could possibly need.

A few doors/handles were broken. The 5th room/cinema room wasn't as nicely done as the rest of the house and felt a little cold in comparison. There was also an eletric box or similar in there which buzzed through the night so loudly that the girls sleeping in there ending up moved to the living room. I wpuld highly recommend the house for a group of up to 8 guests, but no more.
