Great location, spacious, comfortable beds, modern and original design, two full bathrooms. Nice kitchen and livingroom.

The day before arrival the host asked us to choose one of the bedrooms (share a bed) or pay extra to get the second bedroom as we had booked for only two people. We had rented the whole two bedroom apartment and refused to share a bed as we also were two friends and not a couple traveling together. In the end we had to contact Booking to get help to solve this. Booking contacted the host who said we would let us use both bedrooms if we promised that we were only two persons staying there (we had booked for 2 persons and already confirmed this again to the host) and that we wouldn't have a party(!!??) in the apartment. The strange and suspicious behaviour from the host gave left us with a negative vibe and we wanted to cancel and rather book a hotel but the host would not let us cancel even. Other things to concider. There is a deposit in cash upon arrival. The apartment is on the ground floor and noise from people and cars will be heard at both bedrooms. Ground floor also means almost no windows and that people passing can look directly into the place if you dont cover the window. The bedroom towards the street is for some reason quite warm compared to the rest of the flat.

It looks just like the fotos. the apartment looks great, and it’s very spacious. very well located, you can walk to every attraction point in Madrid.

-Very poor internet -We can’t use the bedroom in the basement because of very bad humidity smell -Very noisy as the apartment is ground floor and too close to the street

The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated, with 3 bedroom! The position is so good, near to Fuencarral, a beautiful shopping street. I will definitely come back if I return to Madrid!

It’s difficult to sleep in the room near the street because of the street noises
