This is a great property with pool, lazy river and beach. This was our 3rd time there...great fun for all

We made a short detour to Gulf Shores on our way to Florida for our annual family trip. The corner unit has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach as well. The best part was being on the second floor. There were always lines to the elevator, and we just walked up a flight of stairs.
The space was well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need a deep clean. Including the doors, trim/baseboards, carpets and vents.
You should definitely read the details very carefully as very little was provided. A starter supply truly means that. If you’re staying more than a day, be sure to have additional trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. Specifically, no beach towels, so be sure to bring your own.
There was definitely lots for my teenage boys to do. The beach was busy, staff was very friendly, Specifically Anthony at the front desk. We would return, but it was a bit pricey for the unit and what it had to offer.

Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

The condo was spacious and the location on the 2nd floor was great so we didn’t need to take the elevator. We loved the large patio and having 5 bathrooms. The condo building was located in a nice spot to walk to a few places. The condo itself does need a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the entire week from the floors. The bathrooms needed extra cleaning when we got there that we did ourselves. The living room ceiling had a lot of dust on it. Many of the walls and doors were really dirty. We were also woken by a garbage truck or construction at 4am. Overall, it fit our 6 adults and 4 kids.

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

We loved our stay in this unit. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom is a huge plus. The location of this unit in the building is perfect to not have to use the elevator and it's right next to the doors for the parking garage and the stairs. We found that very convenient. The unit could use some detail cleaning/maintenance, but was fine overall. We do wish the bunk room had a ceiling fan or floor fan to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this unit to anyone.

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! A couple of needed items to help make it cleaner/ready would have been a unit broom (no way to sweep up sand!), light bulbs needing to be changed out in couple of the bathrooms, and middle room’s screen door wasn’t working properly. Also the smaller shower head in largest master bathroom was broken. Overall we had a really wonderful time!

We love the location. The condo was fairly clean. “We all have our own clean standards.” Beds were Comfortable, loved balcony. We ate in most of the time and had plenty of space. Family Spring Break at Orange Beach
Our family of 16 tries to do a spring break at the beach each year. The biggest issue is finding some place we can all be together or close. This year only 12 of us could go and the condo at Phoenix West was perfect. Three bedrooms for the three adult couples, a bunk room for the kids, and a sofa sleeper for any of the kids that wanted their own space. The living room/ kitchen area gave everyone plenty of individual space. The dining room table allowed game, eating, and puzzle building accommodations. Rest rooms, washer/dryer, utility, closets, and pantry was more than adequate for our needs. Finally the balcony, pool, and beach were awesome for use and access. We would definitely go back here again.

There is a very aggravating sound coming from the bathroom in the room with the bunk beds. My daughters feet were nasty after walking on them. We needed this get a way but wasn’t impressed with this unit. This was the worst experience we have had at a Phoenix property.
