Location - right in the centre of Val Claret and close to ski lifts. Very close to the main bus stop.

The location was not clearly stated anywhere, so when we arrived at 11pm in a blizzard, we got the key without any issues (as per messages on the app) but could not find the apartment for close to 1 hour. There was no clear post code/pin to follow bar a big long link on a piece of paper. Nobody was answering the phone. It was really worrying! When we finally got in, there was a duvet covered in dirt and no covers (despite having paid extra for these already). When I WhatsApped the person in charge she made me feel like I was a complete nuisance for getting in touch. The WiFi didn't work. The box that eventually was given to us was also dodgy. I was told to try turning it off and on again which did not work. I don't mind mishaps/mistakes but the attitude of the staff was disappointing.

Overall, the interior design is neat and the space is well managed with efficient furnitures. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The staff was very kind and cooperative.

The bed matress wasn’t ideally firm due to the fact that it’s a foldable bed. The shower didn’t drain well enough. The wifi was too weak and had to borrow a portable machine with limited data cap. The neighbours upstairs were extremely noisy and the building was not very well insonorized.
