Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable and very spacious.

We don’t go in holiday to watch TV so a small moan - the TV was ancient.

Poor advance key information . Had to use emergency number to obtain key details on the day before travel . Little information about (small) things like bins location and collections for rubbish .

The location is great, 2 mins to pubs and shops, 5 mins to beach. The agency with the keys is just around the corner although a member of staff came to the flat to meet us. There was a problem with the toilet which was fixed quickly. The TV is very small for this day and age and there is no WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and utensils. The place was very clean. All in all I would fully recommend this apartment. Enjoy your stay.

The location was perfect, on the edge of town with a parking space. The apartment was spacious and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the property was extremely clean. Views incredible and loved the balcony!

We had a comfortable stay in Flat 3. The flat was modern, warm, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The beds were very good and the duvets were good quality. there was a big sofa and pouffe and another large armchair. The flat was in a brilliant location, close to the beach and close to the town with plenty of eateries within reach. The area was quiet so we slept well. There were lots of stairs so you needed to be fit. Parking was free and immediately outside the flat and it was easy to find a spot.

There was no WiFi - I wouldn't have booked it if I'd noticed. The towels were poor quality, too few and too small. I would have expected a bathsheet and a towel for drying hair each. The curtains in the sitting room didn't meet in the middle. There were no instructions for the heating, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan in the bathroom, rubbish/recycling and TV. There was Sky but we couldn't get most of the channels or we didn't know how to. The bath needed a slip mat as there was a significant drop when stepping out of the bath/shower and there was nothing to hold on to and the bottom of the bath was slippery. There weren't any bedside lights or cabinets in the second bedroom. We had to collect the keys from about 10 minutes walk away - would have been difficult to park and it wasn't made clear that it was a letting agency. We followed the instructions for the key box but the keys weren't there. We had to call in to the agency. That wasn't made clear. luckily it wasn't raining.

Close to town. Good views. Nice furnishings in lounge.

Lack of bins, none in bathroom or bedroom. Lack of furniture in the double bedroom. No food storage, apart from fridge that badly needed defrosting. Bread board broken. No covid instruction re: used bedding. No info for where to leave rubbish, left black liners on balcony. Told by a resident we were parked in wrong place. But was told by your representative it was our space!
