The house was beautiful and clean! By far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed at OBA!!

Perfect location, gorgeous views, and plenty of space. Fit 17 people perfectly and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives, pots & pans and bakeware. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The view was amazing. I wish it was set up a little more like a home with some of the beach equipment like games, umbrella, chairs, etc. The kitchen had no seasonings or condiments. It would be nice if you're paying that much to have some of that stuff provided. We also found 2 very large roaches in the kitchen while we were there. The house was otherwise very clean.

We had 17 people and the house was perfect size. Location is great. Short walk to beach and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is furnished beautifully and the location on the beach is unbeatable! Plenty of space for a group vacation, and the owners are very kind. I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering a beach trip!

Group of baseball team members- perfect set up. There was a broken outdoor chair on arrival and some of the blinds are messed up- but overall we really loved the home and would highly recommend.

This is a big house. We had 17 people (5 families) in this house and the accommodations were fantastic. WiFi was good. Also, the kitchen table only seats 8 so we had to bring an extra table and chairs.

The house was partially cleaned. Dead roaches on stairs, trash underneath in car port, used cooking oil in carport, bugs lining stair leading up main stairs. Trash around house was picked up by retired soldiers. Main bathroom shower 3rd floor drain clogged. Ping pong balls left laying around from previous beer pong…end table sticky. Live roach with clean pans. We enjoyed being together in one home…we thought the house was overall a good choice for us all to be together.

Not gonna lie, we were a little concerned about how clean the home would be based on a few reviews. For us, the house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We saw 2 large roaches, but it is the south. You will want to bring extra trash bags for the kitchen. A security feature for the back door did not work, it’s actually a city code violation, it is meant to alarm if the door opens since the splash pool is merely a few feet from that door. And the entry door key pad did not work, we had to leave the back door unlocked if we went out so that we could get back in. None of these issues were deal breakers, we would absolutely stay here again, the house is gorgeous.

Overall very good stay. Communication with property manager was superb. Cleanliness could have been better. Furniture and rugs are terrible condition. Houses 20 something people but had one wine glass, a handful of drinking and coffee cups. Kitchen needs an overall restock of all gagets and supplies. Bedroom comforter had a dirty footprint on it upon arrival. Food left in cabinets from previous tenant. Roach found in bathroom. Definitely needed a onceover on cleaning. Would recommend updated, cleaner furniture downstairs and new cleaning service.

The house is beautiful from the outside. The minute we pulled up, we found trash everywhere. Beer cans, cigarettes, a huge box with trash, beer/wine boxes and about 15 pizza boxes left from the previous renters (still there when we left) We were extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Also, no heat in the pool and no option to pay for it to be heated, we did not even use it. German cockroaches in the upstairs bedrooms as well. I would highly suggest you shut the house down for a week and get a maintenance crew and deep cleaning crew in there to fix all of the issues. We are greatly disappointed that we paid that much money for a house that was so dirty. We will not rent from here ever again or even suggest it to anyone. Here are the major issues we came across- *Hair left on walls from previous renters in 3 showers *Broken toilet seat *Broken toilet/Clogged *German cockroaches *Rugs so stained, they need to be thrown out. We even found a piece of cheese under the living room couch *Dirty windows and mold on the inside frames *Lock on gate leading to beach was broken * No cable on any television * 6 drinking glasses, 4 wine glasses and 6 coffee mugs (For 22 people?!?!) * Kitchen lights have not been cleaned in months, if not years * Kitchen stools broken * 1 refrigerator for 22 people?! * 1 table out with 6 chairs again, for 22 people?!

The house was awesome, we had a blast! There was plenty of room to spread out or congregate on the back deck. The pool seemed small at first but with the steps and ledge with a view of the ocean it was perfect too!! The WiFi was spotty but that’s the only thing even close to negative about this beautiful vacation spot!

We had the best time! Beautiful space, love that each room has its own bathroom, loved the patio, and really loved the easy access to the beach!!

The house was very nice and big and spacious. It sat right on the beacu and had a beautiful view. My biggest downfall to this was the cleaning was not super great. There were pizza rolls around the pool when we first got to the house. We had two parties that wouldn't stay with us because we found cockroaches in the house. Some of the bedding had tears on it. There was black mold coming out of the vents on the first and second floor on the ceiling. There was construction next door non stop from sun up to sun down basically every day we were there.

The house was in a convenient location and was large for our entire family and it was newer. The house could use some attention… the couch and kitchen chairs was filthy… two of the barstools were coming apart.. the dishwasher was full of trash and debris so not working well. My husband cleaned it out. The washer and dryer sounded awful. The trash cans were full when we arrived on Saturday and not emptied until we complained on Wednesday. Also on Wednesday a pool man came to service the pool and we were told we could not use it for 24 hours. We have small children so that was definitely a disappointment. All the air filters were full of dust. We paid $18k for the week and expected the home to be a little bit more taken care of. I understand it’s a rental and not everyone takes care of the property they are renting…. But for the price you expect a different level of rental..

The house was located in a great location, accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. The home had plenty of space for 20 people. I gave it three stars for a few reasons. First the cleaning service needs to be upgraded. Areas under tables, beds and couches was especially disgusting! No one has cleaned under any furniture probably for months. The furniture is stained and dirty. In the kitchen the garbage disposal only worked if you got under the sink and plug it in and had to unplug the unit to shut it off. The dishwasher you could not extend the top rack to load and the refrigerator looked like it was on its last leg - drawers missing parts. No welcome letter or any information about garbage pickup. We had to call Vasaca for more information. For the amount of money spent for week I feel these are basic features that need to be attended too.

Beachfront Bliss is a beautiful house with a perfect placement on the beach. The floor plan is perfect for rooms (besides a very small kitchen for a house this size). The dipping pool is so nice and well cared for. However, this is where my good review ends. The house is in disrepair and lacking customary items with rental. I would not rent this house again before these issues are resolved. Housekeeping or property management should report missing items and repairs following each stay to prevent new renters from having our experience. -Upon arrival the garage was full of loose garbage bags and overflowing bags. We called the next morning and was told it would be taken care of. When no action was taken, I called again the next morning. Finally we dragged the full cans to road to limit the fly breeding in the garage. - Kitchen Problems: 6 spoons and 11 forks (but you say house sleeps 23?)!! No Wine glasses No Plastic glasses Dull can opener does not work Broken blender - missing half of rubber connection so blade does not catch No pizza cutter No kitchen sponges Dishwasher does not clean dishes (leaving grease and food particles) and top rack falls off runner when opened House this size should have ice maker and second refrigerator - Specific items needing fixing: Back door knob & lock need replacing Doorknob falling off in 2nd floor king bathroom and on door 3rd floor right king - fire hazard - difficulty getting out of room Towel rack in 2nd floor queen bathroom falling off Drawer not opening 3rd floor king and broken TV cabinet 2nd floor king King beds with 2 tiny flat pillows Blinds are messed up multiple places Mildew toilets and shower curtains Only 1 blanket in entire house Back door knob & lock need replacing The couches and chairs were horribly dirty. This was mentioned in another review from last March and obviously not fixed. As a family that regularly stays at nice house rentals, we were disappointed with the upkeep and stocking on this house. We took many pictures and will be glad to share with owner or property manager.

This is a beautiful home, in a wonderful location, the perfect size for a large family gathering. I am very sad to say that the furnishings and housewares have been neglected. When we arrived the house had just been cleaned. The floors were still wet, and dishes were put up in the cabinets wet. The furniture upholstry was dirty and stained. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned well and dried vomit around the toilet. The shower curtain was dirty and torn in the primary bathroom. There was a missing door knob/handle to the primary bathroom. There were missing handles on several pieces of the furniture. There was a broken glass and chipped bowls put away in the cabinets. The blender did not work. We bought a new one and told we would be reimbursed (have not been). The ice maker was not working properly; my brother (a plumber and handyman) fixed it. The bedspreads and mattress covers were stained and had holes in them. The towels and sheets were dingy and the quality you would expect from a Motel 6, not a luxury rental. When I received a text about the cleaniness and condition of the house, I responded with the same info in this review. I even included photos. No response.

Upon arrival ac filters where stopped up with dust. AC could not breathe thus during the day unit could not keep up. Call Property manger and reported that day , took them 2 days to come change filters. House advertised as furnished for 20 + people but only had 10 forks to eat with. Had to go purchase disposal forks. Call it in and showed up 2 days later to furnish needed forks. Dust on kitchen hanging light globs that someone had written profanity on, so I know they where not cleaned before we arrived. Dust underneath beds haven’t been distributed in quite a while. Only 2 dish towels where furnished to dry dishes , even after using dishwasher all dishes required to be dried. Also dishwasher rack was missing pieces that keep rack from falling out. No lights worked on vent fan over stove and vent fan made a load winding noise also no filters on vent hood. Lights on main enclosed stairway where out, making it tricky to use stairs at night. Price required to rent this house you would think they could do visual maintenance checks and repair as needed. The location is great, the house is set up to handle + 20 people and other than some maintenance neglect it is a great house. The property manager did bring additional forks dish towels and jury rig dishwasher and change stair lights 2 days after reporting the issues.

We brought two big families together great grandma and great grand kids. The house was very accommodating and fun. Just enough pool for all to enjoy and lots of space. We'd all love to come back. Awesome kitchen for all our cooking and snacking.

This house was amazing. Great for a large group! Such a wonderful experience. My only negatives were the couch and the chairs in the living were dingy..they need to be professionally cleaned. And while we knew this before we came, there are a ton of stairs! With that being said, a beautiful home with stunning views!

My family enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday week here! The home is spacious and couldn’t be closer to the ocean! We wished the pool was heated, but overall, it was perfect!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The views of the ocean from the kitchen, balconies, sitting areas and swimming pool are just breath-taking. We had everything we needed here, plenty of towels and toiletries, all the appliances we needed. Very close to grocery stores and the beach right out the back door. Our host was very attentive and made sure we arrived safely and were able to check in without issue. Amazing location and amazing home.

Amazing

Stayed here with a group of 13 women. We loved the location and short walk to the beach down the private boardwalk. The home is relatively new with beautiful furniture and art. We could not have asked for a better place for our big group.

Beautiful location and great house! It was perfect for our annual friends trip. We had a great time. I did email the property manager about a broken window and an odor on the main floor but never received a reply. Our only complaint was the strange odor on the main floor that permeated the house. I even smelled it on our clothes we returned home! Overall a wonderful place to stay. Great location in the heart of OBA.
