Свежий и стильный отель,приветливый персонал,пляж най харн рядом, бесплатный трансфер до пляжа и обратно, завтраки с 6:30, много фруктов на завтрак, можно попросить, чтобы приготовили свеже-выжатый сок, японский унитаз с подогревом.

Бронировали номер с видом на лагуну, чтобы насладиться тишиной. В итоге нас заселили в номер над столовой и вид был на дорогу и парковку байков, лагуны практически не было видно. Было очень шумно, так как утром было слышно, как гремит посуда в столовой, вечером прямо под окнами собирались постояльцы отеля на байках и парковали их прямо у нас под окнами. Ко всему перечисленному внизу достраивали летнюю веранду, днем был очень слышен шум стройки. Также в номере был обнаружен мертвый таракан. Мы обратились к персоналу, чтобы нас переселили в другой номер с видом на лагуну. Свободных номеров не оказалось, нам пришлось ждать несколько дней. В итоге половину от всего времени пребывания в отеле приходилось испытывать дискомфорт. После того, как нас переселили в новый номер, замечаний больше никаких у нас не было. В качестве извинения за доставленные неудобства нам подарили ваучеры на 2 бесплатных коктейля. Еще из пожеланий хотелось бы, чтобы в отеле были более разнообразные завтраки. В номерах бесплатная вода была в стеклянных бутылках,но эти бутылки были затертые, как-будто уже не раз использовались. Непродуманный шкаф для вещей,не хватало полок,мы раскладывали вещи по всему номеру.

Comfortable new hotel. Super comfy bed, pillows and blanket. Breakfast is good for Thailand. There is halal sausages for breakfast. It is perfect to stay with kids.

We booked pool access room to enjoy the pool. BUT, we got room in the building close to the lobby, which is super dark corner and sun doesn’t hit there. So water was cold in the pool. Once we entered our room, immediately we felt strong musty smell. Hotel staff told us that there is pool rooms available on the next day, but it didn’t happened

Housekeeping was exceptional, they cleaned our room daily and even mopped the floors - great for our baby who was crawling around. The baby cot provided was a proper wooden one (very clean compared to the travel cots we were given at other hotels). Nice pools, food at restaurant was tasty but quite expensive.

You get bus loads of Chinese tourists staying at this hotel, and they can be quite noisy in the common areas. We could hear them screaming in the pool at night from our room.

It deserves five rate start and we all enjoy staying there

Swimming pool and i was taking the swimming pool access room and the spa was perfect.

I book a four nights in one of these night there was a thunderstorm and the electricity shut down from 2 am until 10 am . No electricity for more than 8 hours.

Good new hotel, good enough to stay for 2-3 days. Breakfast is very poor and never changed, far from everything, 7/11, beach, massage salons, so you should have a car. Massage inside hotel is very expensive.

It is a very convenient location, everything is close: a lake for sports and walking, the ocean, a mountain with a gorgeous view of the sunset, a cafe, bike / motorbike rental.

Not so good internet if you have to work sometimes.

Super friendly and highly attentive staff. Especially Faheed made us feel at home straight away. The hotel has a lovely pool with bar, the cocktails are excellent and Nai Harn beach is in close proximity. The hotel offers a shuttel to the beach as well. Breakfast selection is nice.

It was an overall very pleasant stay. Room service got forgotten one day, but this didn't have a negative impact on the vacation. Rooms could provide more storage space for clothing etc.. Toilets are to get used to, they're the fancy electronic bidet type.

Definitely worth spending a little more to get the pool access room, to ensure a 5 star experience. Makes all the difference. The rooms are large, clean, spacious and bright with nice 'spa' style toiletries. Good powerful shower and great a/c. The staff are very professional and helpful. The lobby is beautiful with a superb water feature and fresh flowers. The pool wraps and winds around/ within the hotel, which is unique. You can literally swim from your room and to the swim up bar and back again. Pool service was also very efficient and friendly. The cocktails were great and the happy hour had a super 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer on each day. There's a lovely bar a few hundred meters away with live music each night. We hired a moped bike to explore further afield, as the hotel is a bit of a walk to the beach/ external restaurants. This is definitely worth doing as there are some lovely beaches around - esp Kata, Rawai and Yanui which are all relatively quiet, traditional, scenic and unspoilt.

The hotel is new, which was a little surprising. I felt it looked dated - especially the gym and room corridors. There was a huge mismatch between the very glamorous 5 star lobby area and the general access areas. The hotel only has 1 restaurant. The pool could do with being cleaned/ filtered more frequently (eg twice a day instead of just in the morning). Perhaps due to its unique shape and the surrounding trees this is difficult, but we always seemed to be dodging dead flies as the day went on, which was a big shame. Only 1 English speaking TV channel (Al Jazeera news), and no way of hooking up Netflix etc.

The staff were absolutely exceptional, very kind and anticipating our every need, no matter how small. This is what really stood out to me, the fantastic service.

New hotel with all necessary amenities. Standard Thailand style breakfast. Transfer to the beach is a plus. Room is specious, but it is not being cleaned properly. Perfect for 2-3nights stay.

Hotel is still under construction, even during the day being at the pool we heard construction noises, which is unacceptable while on vacation. Lots of tourists from Russia. This whole area is dominated by Russian, they are everywhere.

We loved the breakfast buffet! There was a lot of variety that kept us satisfied throughout our stay there. The staff also is top-notch, they really consider your needs and go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. The property was made for relaxing, with ambient music being played upon entry. There is a beach shuttle which we thought was great - but the walk to the beach is also a pleasant 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. We celebrated our first anniversary there and we think it's a perfect place for couples who want something more laid back and chill.

Staff nice. Impressive reception area. This is absolutely not ready to be classed as a 5* hotel, it is still under construction.

There was a very strong smell of paint and chemicals wafting through the corridors and out into the pool area, building work in lots of the unfinished bedrooms, I was sick with migraine and needed to stay in the room one day and the noise of building work, drilling, hammering etc started at about 9am and went on all day. There are not enough sunbeds, I couldn't lay by the pool at all....one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for peace and quiet and so my sister and nephew who live nearby could come and visit for a couple of hours and hang out by the pool and have lunch..... I was informed they were full and there wasn't really enough room for visitors..... I had booked a king room and on arrival was given a twin, when I complained they offered to push the beds together, I had to really quite strongly insist on the room I'd booked and paid for, they did eventually find one, really not the welcome I'd hoped for.

Really liked the place, number was pretty new, great pool areas, bar service drinks near the pool.....one of best hotels on Nai Harn (7 min walk from the beach)

They are still building it! Literally. We had a room on the 3rd floor while they were doing construction work on the 4th. The noise ruined the second half of our stay.

everything was just great! for 120 dollars a day we got the service as if it was 400 $ / night. SUPER friendly staff, perfect service, wonderful spa, and the best pool bar we stayed in Glam Habitat before that, which was 250$/day, and we got literally nothing compare to this place
