We stayed at the villa for a winter break and we were surprised that the weather was very good during our stay. All was as shown on the pictures and the communication with the ones who manage the property was superb. The villa is well equipped and comfortable, a big house for just a couple but with a cozy living room - kitchen area. Close to the beach even if we did not swim and also to the center of Can Picafort. Also, Palma and the airport are within less than an hour drive from the property. All in all, we can only recommend this accomodation.

We loved the property and the location was ideal as it was in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the beach and bars .

The swimming pool was very small and unfortunately it leaked so we had hardly any use of it. We were reimbursed for this so we are happy . The hot tub functions did not work for us - would not heat up- and we were only issued with instructions a couple of days before departure of the group. We were compensated for this and are grateful. These issues did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday and we would return and recommend it.
