Beautiful high end new villa at walking distance from restaurants, shops and the sea. The service level was exquisite with daily cleaning service, daily pool cleaning and the owners always being around to help with any queries or excursions. All facilities we needed were available to us and the owners have a great attention to details. Really the highest level of service we encountered at a vacation home.

Lovely clean and modern place to stay and super helpful hosts Tasos and Vikki who went beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was hassle free.

The location and the kindness of the hosts were absolutely amazing. From arriving to the airport until we left to the airport everything was arranged to perfection. When we arrived Tasos and Vicky gave us a tour trough the villa. They explained everything and we were delighted by how we were received at the premises. The villa was above our expectations. We had the chance to really relax during our holiday. If we needed anything Tasos and Vicky were more than happy to help. They also gave us some good advice on places to go during our visit. The rental car needed to fill in these visits was also arranged swiftly including a seat for our 2,5 year old son. Also the cleaning of the villa and the premises was impeccable and was done every single day. This absolutely contributed to the relax mode during our holiday. Last but not least we will never forget the kindness of Tasos and Vicky, especially towards our son. They brought him little gifts several times but besides that their attitude towards him was so kind. He had the time of his life on Zakynthos. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to friends, family and everybody else who wants to hear. We had a great time and this was surely for a big part at the hands of Tasos and Vicky.

We cannot thank Tasos and Vicky enough for our experience during our 7 night stay. We were welcomed by both hosts at the Villa with a bottle of bubbles. We were blown away by the Villa, we were drawn to the Villa by the pictures but in person it’s even better. The decor, layout and style of the Villa is impeccable. We couldn’t have hoped for more. There is also private car parking if you do hire a car, with ample space and just a short walk from the Villa. The Villa is cleaned every second day, you are welcomed back with fresh towels, dressing gowns and bedding. The cleanliness was evident, this is our first getaway since covid 19 and we could not have felt more safe and relaxed. The facilities include a washing machine, dish washer and all the cutlery / utensils etc you would require for your stay. We ate in a couple of nights under the outside terrace. It was amazing.. Local amenities, there is a small supermarket across the road and a bigger Spar around the corner. There is also a fruit market 200m down the road and lots of local restaurants if you did wish to eat out. Zakynthos town is 10 minutes down the road if you wish to travel for food, this is where we went on a couple of nights and it was lovely. Not too busy and mainly locals so not so touristy - we loved it. We had an amazing holiday, we were spoilt. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, we messaged Tasos about various things such as boat trips, beaches etc and he went the extra mile with it all. Even providing contact numbers and best days to do what - in relation to the weather. We could not recommend this Villa more. Zakynthos is beautiful, the views of the coast, beaches and sea are breath taking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and travelled the entire island. Thanking you, Rob and Chloe

We spent 8 days at Aguacate Villas. This was a last minute booking for us and we were attracted to the property by the beautiful photographs. However, the villa far exceeded our expectations, it was perfect in every way. On arrival we found a modern, beautifully styled, well-equipped and meticulously clean villa, with ample onsite parking. We were kindly welcomed with a bottle of fizz on ice and for the morning, some fresh coffee and breakfast items. The facilities and provisions were really well thought out by the owners and we had everything we needed for our stay. It’s also worth pointing out that the villas are serviced, which we hadn’t appreciated when we booked. You can opt for housekeeping on a daily or alternate day basis. We were happy with an alternate day clean and found our towels and bedding refreshed as required. The outdoor space was immaculate and particular attention was given to the cleanliness of the pool. This was our first trip during the covid-19 pandemic and we felt enormously reassured that hygiene was a high priority. The owners, Tasos and Vicky, along with their staff, were so very hospitable. Everyone was really kind and friendly, especially to our two young children. Tasos and Vicky really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay - Tasos recommended the best beaches, some delicious restaurants (non tourist) and even helped us create the most amazing bbq! Vicky showered the children with attention and various treats throughout our stay. The villa is opposite a small supermarket, where we were able to buy warm fresh bread every morning. There is a fruit & vegetable market only a minute walk away too. A bigger supermarket and bars/restaurants are also within walking distance. We had an amazing holiday at Aguacate Villas. Our villa felt like a home-from-home and we were treated like family. Thank you Tasos, Vicky and team, we will definitely return as soon as we can.

The hosts Tasos and Vicky are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are able to assist with just about anything! They organised car hire for us (much cheaper than the big boys with a personal service (they escorted us to the villa) and also organised a boat trip too with the equally wonderful Alex from Blue Shore Private Cruises. The villa is really as wonderful as it looks and the electric shutters are to die for!!
