Я жила одна поэтому могу судить только со своего опыта. И мне было важно то направление потому, что рядом живет родственник. Рядом парк, квартира не большая с кухней. И не в центре (так как сейчас там ремонт на ценральной улице с фонтаном Federico Soto/general marva и там могло быть шумно. Находится квартира напротив парка, утром гулять и ходить заниматься в парк йогой просто волшебно. Некоторым может показаться, что далеко от пляжа, но прогуляться там в кайф. Минут ну может 15-20. До квартиры два пути из города по лестнице через центральную улицу и в обход, для тех кому лениво подниматься. Очень радует мелочи в квартире которые помогают: и полотенце для пляжа, зонтик, место мне хватало даже заниматься в самой комнате. Стул там чёрный стоит ох ну почти супер-йожный стул) На счет готовки в принципе всё есть, много кружек и посуды, кофеварка. Подушечек ещё на кровати много) В душе надо смотреть чтобы вода не протекла, а так всё супер. Есть чем и посуду помыть и постирать. Квартира находиться в глубине немного (принцип колодца) поэтому как бы от солнца вы просыпаться не будете, темно. Думаю в жаркие месяца это прямо супер, жарко не будет и от влажности специальный прибор который помогает. Кафе рядом особо много нет, пиццерия рядом есть, но я не была (были не оч отзывы), если пройти минут 5 супермаркет Мертадона их, по пути булочная, и пару кафе где местные сидят, но перекусить можно, но в целом покушать прямо лучше ходить в центр. Из самого рядом это индийский ресторан (Taj-Mahal) советую прямо) там простенько но оченььььььььь вкусно! В целом я максимум довольна осталась.

There was coffee, sugar etc. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine etc. Clean towels, clean bed sheets The host is very nice person

It was not deep cleaned the apartment, the bed seemed not changed , however I changed the bed with clean sheets. It was very hot even with the fan, you can’t stay there in the hot weather, maybe you should put an AC. The smell from the bathroom was horrible, the noise in the middle of the night did not let you sleep, and every time we had a shower all the water was coming out from the shower.

Good value for money, near bus and tram station

My stay was absolutly perfect! The location is great, calm and close to everything! The house is super cosy, contains everything i needed. The host were awsome and very helpful, i couldn t have asked for a better stay, i highly recommand it.

Good location, nice balcony

All the amenities and small details left in the apartment: paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen appliances, proximity to grocery, small businesses around, proximity of garbage disposal and recycling. Quiet neighborhood. Host allowed us to check in earlier.

Distance to the main parts of the city, except shopping on Maisonnave, and the port. At first I panicked coming from Alta Carolinas where everything is central, more bus routes especially at night. We had to walk a great deal but luckily from Luceros (11 mins), found bus 5 once. The apartment is hot even with both fans on, would not mind in winter though.

The apartment was very cosy and lovely. The location is pretty great. It is close from everything and close to Luceros which is like a main station for busses and the Tram. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

communication with the host was the only thing I didn’t like. I sent several messages and asked if I could leave my baggage for a few hours as my flight was in the afternoon, but she didn’t reply. She could have said no … but she just didn’t reply. Didn’t like that.
