Super Clean

The breakfast time was late on weekend and we have to leave early. Could be a bit earlier

A clean apartment (deluxe) with small kitchen, fridge and wash machine. Located on the ground floor in the courtyard, quiet at night. Breakfast buffet with good selection, some fresh fruit too.

The radiators could have been turned on before our arrival to warm up the unit a bit. A night table beside the bed would be a good thing.

The rooms were nice and superbly clean. Breakfast was great too with lots of options.

Bathroom sink stank, no warm water from shower. Room was at a very busy road.

Size of the room and price per night

Great rooms, very clean and well furnished. The bathroom was really big and cozy. The people at the reception were very nice 👍

Location was perfect. Breakfast Ok - but hot breakfast was cold.

Duvet too thin. Pillows too thin and not enough pillows. Bath towel too small - need extra towel. No hanging wardrobe.

Great place to have a good rest after long road traveling through Europe. Calm area, comfortable self check in if needed after reception working hours, quite easy to park and very comfortable room and bathroom - couldn’t ask for more :) P.S I left my Kindle ebook in the room and the personnel was nice enough to to send me it back - Thank you!

Only the breakfast hours on the weekend - we find it quite late since we wanted to leave early (around 8) we had to skip it and not to be able to use it. I leave it as an advice for the Hotel.

The wifi does not work outside the open air area in front of the reception.

No ac and no way to make the windows in the attic rooms/loft stay open to get it cold at night.

i stayed in room under eaves on second floor. It was a hot day & night but couldn’t open the window for long due to the heavy traffic outside until midnight and again from 5am. Constant flow of cars passing the hotel. I didn’t like the plasticky mattress cover which i ended up removing in the middle of the night. location in suburbs of Karlsruhe ie not convenient for centra Karlsruhe

The room was clean and very new. It was comfortable.

The internet service varied widely in bandwidth from fairly good to incredibly slow. The staff was responsive and made an effort to improve it, but it did not seem to work.
