Even though the hotel and the room were excellent, the staff was truly what set this place apart. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. In one instance I had an issue with food poisoning due to the food I ate somewhere, the staff went above and beyond I'm helping me get medicine, ordering food, and checking up with me to make sure I was okay. This is service that would come from a 5* hotel! I will definitely push all my friends and family to book this place if they ever go to Da Nang.

Staff and also my friends (Huyen and mingshu) are superb and amazing. they are considerate, helpful, open-minded and willing to communicate. staying here for two days made me feel like going home. honestly speaking, when you travel alone in a new place, nothing is more important than having a trustworthy local friend. you guys just made all these experiences unforgettable. thank you again for being patient and caring. would love to come back again:)

Spacious rooms, very helpful and accessible staff, nice showers and fridge/hot plate in each room and elevator access. The availability of cribs was also a nice feature and laundry facilities. It was about 5-7 minutes from the airport (our taxi was 56 dong)

The communication was superb, so friendly, so helpful, genuine customer service excellence, so rare these days. Great location, twenty minute walk from the train station and a further twenty minutes to the ‘Dragon Bridge’ later that evening.

My gf and I stayed here for 1 night and every thing about this hotel was exceptional. My room was really nice and clean with the gorgeous city view. It even had a Bluetooth speaker for you to play music which a lot of hotels don’t have. The clerk, Huyen, was really nice and helpful. Finally, the price was $30 per night which is not so bad.

Very friendly and attentive host, willing to go above and beyond to make your stay easier. Room is large, and has a big fridge and stove, would also work well for longer stays.

Huyen (the host) was extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay in Da Nang was perfect thanks to her! The beds are large and comfortable and the location is great to go around the city or ride to the beach. The rooms were clean and the bathroom too, and there were many toiletries to use.

The beds were hard so some people might not like it. Some rooms have windows to the main street so expect some noise during the day.

Huyen was very hospitable in checking us in and showing us around. She introduced us to the washing machine and drying, which was complimentary. She also gave us lots of google links to food and other attractions around the area. =)

Some small repairs around the room like toilet roll holders loose, bathroom doorknob was also loose and maybe a DND plaque you can hang outside your door.

This is the best option you can take! We would come back to Da Nang just for this hotel. Room was exceptional, very spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the photos provided and exceeded expectations. Huyen was so kind and friendly whenever we saw her. Helpful with suggestions and flexible with our arrangements. Laundry was so useful and provided detergent and softener. Elevator to all the floors was very useful as we were on the highest floor. Kitchen appliances in our room were new and clean and there was a larger kitchen downstairs if we ever needed it. Other reviews mentioned a thin mattress, however we found it very comfortable.

Really modern and contemporary design. The manager was so lovely and really helpful, going above and beyond her call of duty. she’s available on WhatsApp whenever you need and is really insightful on local things to do. she even offered tips for the rest of our time in Vietnam! The location is good, near the dragon bridge and near the city centre. you probably need a scooter to get around though as the city is quite big. Free washing machine (absolute dream)

For the Golden Bridge, is fact you must take ticket to a sot of Disneyland park, that I don't like, if I'll do it again, I will leave immediatelly after see and picture the bridge Grab from the airport about 40000 vnd (less then 2 euro), and to the beach about 35000 vnd

The host Huyen was extremely helpful & available to answer & help with all our queries. The place is well located, the stay was very comfortable we felt at home. We could launder our clothes as Huyen helped with the washing machine. She also gave us good recommendations for Vegetarian restaurants & helped us with taxi pickup from HoiAn & booking a bike. We were well taken care of . We were comfortable to have our breakfast in the kitchen with facility of microwave & kettle. Overall we were very happy with our stay here & with Huyens hospitality. If you are looking to stay in the city center this place is perfect.
