Great location! Went with girlfriends for a winery trip. Close driving distance to palisades and within walking distance to downtown GJ (less than a mile)

It was wonderful house was great did not stay there much except to sleep never used the upstairs since one person did not show but a great house, neighbors were amazing and very welcoming we had a great stay and we want to book it again for next year

Everything about this home was wonderful (fabulous patio with fire pit) and very nicely decorated. Super clean. The only issue was that we visited in summer and the airconditioner was not working. The owner came out quickly and called a repair person who was unable to fix it during our stay. The owner did by a large portable unit which helped but it was still hot. He did try to make it right though and gave us a gift certificate for wine and a charcuterie board. He did everything that he could - it was just an unfortunate event with the HVAC which I'm guessing has been resolved now. Perfect in every other way.

Overall, it was great! We did have a little trouble with the front door but figured it out. In one of the rooms, we had to wash the coverlet bc of an unclean odor which was a little off putting, but I’m a mom and you just do what you need to do. We were only there for 2 quick nights and it really is a darling home. I guess I would just make sure the cleaning staff is dialed in on making sure all the things are clean :-)

Wonderful House and Perfect for our Visit to GJ/Fruita
House has been beautifully remodeled and is very efficiently laid out. Close enough to downtown to walk, but yet we still chose to drive into downtown for dinner and lunch. Weather was not conducive to enjoy the outdoor grill and firepit, but hoping to stay here again on a future trip! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

This house was perfect, it was incredibly adorably decorated, roomy, it had all the essentials needed and a great atmosphere for a group trip! It was located close to the main street with restaurants, bars ect. We walked for dinner and coffee in the morning. The check in and check out process was easy and the owner was terrific with communicating and quickly responded. We were very impressed with this house and would highly recommend! The price was unbeatable! We had a fantastic weekend enjoying the town and visiting all the wineries in Palisade on electric bikes! Can't wait to go back!

Our go to stay while in GJ!
We have made yearly trips to GJ for the passed 5 years and we have finally found the house we will be returning to! The house was super cute and clean! There were plenty of towels, blankets, and the bedding wasn't like the typical bedding you find in rental homes, it was soft and cozy. The backyard was one of our favorite spots to relax and grill. I'm also shocked how quiet the neighbors were, I was expecting a bit more noise due to the close proximity of neighbors, but not a peep! We walked to Lincoln Park many times and also to downtown GJ for meals.
My one recommendation would be to add blackout shades to the bedrooms. There are a lot of streetlights, which is understandable given the location, that shines through the shades and the sun comes up early!

Incredibly Nice House, Clean and Just What was needed, will book this again!
This house has to be one of the nicest houses in Grand Junction with just about everything in this house updated and modern but with a nice mix of styles. Arriving at the place, I knew I had picked a winner as it was super clean, setup very nicely and appropriately for a 4 bedroom rental house. The entire stay was one of the most enjoyable and comfortable stays I've ever experienced. With the insane HEAT in Grand Junction while we were there, the Air Conditioning was one of the highlights of our stay as it kept the entire house nice and cool. The owner was so kind as to offer us flexibility on our checkout and when I needed to ask a few things, the communication was great. My only suggestion would be to complete the rental details on the VRBO phone app listing as I couldn't find the Check In Details nor Check Out details on my app for our stay there. It comes up as "Has Not Been Added yet" when I click on those sections of the app on my phone. We had to ask about what was needed when we checked out but as I mentioned, when I contacted the owner she was quick to respond and gave me the instructions quickly. If I could give this rental 6 Stars on everything, I would! I will keep this place bookmarked for the next time I visit Grand Junction even if I don’t need 4 bedrooms.

Such a great place!
We were in Grand Junction for a baseball tournament and this was a perfect home base for us! So nicely decorated with absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable, very clean and such nice charm and decor. A short walk from Lincoln Park, the Grand Junction Rockies stadium and close to downtown. We didn’t have time to try the water park but that’s a short walk away too. We will recommend it to friends who have students in college here. Thank you!

GJ Getaway

Marvelous Stay, Pristine Condition, Good Location!

Grand Junction Trip
We loved the accommodations! The house was adorable, well furnished, and the beds were really comfy. The owner was terrific to work with too! We enjoyed walking from the property to the downtown area which has several cool sculptures and lots of interesting shops. There are some fantastic wineries in the area and the drive through the Colorado National Monument is gorgeous!

Phenomenal home for a long weekend.
Perfectly comfy and well done home for a long weekend in GJ. Comfortable beds and living space for us to share a memorable weekend with family and friends. This historic home underwent an amazing remodel while preserving the charm. Passerby’s even mentioned “we love what you’ve done to the home.” Enjoyed the outside fire pit and easy access to everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your spot with us.

Gorgeous place!!!!!
Absolutely love this house! Newly renovated and crazy clean. Everything you need is here!!! The beds were super comfy and the house is beautifully decorated. The pics just don’t do it justice! Great soap, nice towels, comfy bedding, and smells great! Also, this house is very close to downtown. Parking in the back is so much easier. We will try to stay here again on our next visit!!!
