I would have given this hotel a much higher rating if it were not for the behaviour of the manager after my last night staying in the hotel. Unfortunately they booked a wedding in the hotel restaurant which was directly below my room. I have nothing against weddings, or couples celebrating their happy day but the hotel must have known this well in advance and gave me no warning of this. Now, Ukrainian culture is very rich, very 'spirited' (vodka I think :))), traditional and it is lovely to participate in. If you are in your room above it though it is a a nightmare. The noise which was extremely loud went on from 3pm in the day until 2pm at night. I left and went for dinner at 6pm and when I returned the party had gone up a few gears and was in full swing!!! The night manager was kind but it came late. I complained about the noise several times and then she offered me another room on the other side of the corridor, not directly over the restaurant. However, it was now midnight and within 2 hours the party began to fizzle out!!! The following morning when I saw the manager who checked me in he just smiled and said "sorry" but there was no attempt by the hotel to make any gesture. To be honest, I thought they would have cancelled my bill for the last night as it was pretty clear I could not enjoy my room at all, but no such offer was made. It is a pity because the facilities in the hotel are first class. It is well decorated, has a great gym and spa and the location is perfect. Incidentally I thought for a regional hotel in Dnipro the room prices seem high, but the hotel is clearly a high standard. I will think about whether to stay at this establishment again, purely because of my last night experience and the response of the hotel.

Everything was perfect

From check in till check out, there was nothing less than perfect.

If i have to be picky, having to pay for parking is not normal for top end hotels like this one, but at UAH 300 to ensure your car is safe and secure, its not an issue

This hotel is located in the best location in dnipro, next to the best shopping mall, surrounded by great restaurants, easy parking, and adjacent to the Soho restaurant and bar, one of my favourites. I have stayed here a few times, and have always found one or two little things that werent ideal, but this visit was perfect, from check in, to check out. I have previously noted the toilet paper wasnt of a standard a hotel like this should use, the receptionist noted my previous comment, and said the hotel had now changed supplier. little things like listening to guests differentiate a good hotel to a great hotel. Likes, location, parking, staff efficiency, cleanliness, restaurant and overall service. great value, great location, great hotel.

I generally like a couple of little things to complain about, but this time there was absolutely nothing short of perfect :)
