Este condominio bellamente renovado (1,770 pies cuadrados) tiene vistas increíbles en todo. El espejo de cuerpo entero a lo largo del lado este de la sala de estar refleja las hermosas aguas también. El condominio puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, 2 reinas en el segundo dormitorio y una segunda suite principal con vista al sonido con su propio refrigerador, microondas, lavadora / secadora y terraza privada.

What a lovely condo to stay at! The host has thought of all the details! A truly CLEAN condo that is much appreciated! The number of living and dining room seats matches the number of people the condo sleeps. Complimentary beach chairs & towels was a bonus! 3 separate bedroom and bathroom areas allowed for privacy. Many windows to view the lovely beach below. We plan to come again next year.

I am not a person who usually goes off reviews but can say all of them are spot on. The condo was super clean when we arrived. The view is absolutely amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, if you want to stay in and cook. The attention to detail was amazing. Margaret is an amazing host. She was so quick to respond to any questions I messaged her about. She was quick to come over and take care of a minor issue we had. She greeted us and treated us like family. Her passion to provide a great experience comes out when talking with her. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe Mrs. Ryan's home that she so graciously shared with my family. There aren't enough adjectives to describe her either. She was very responsive to any of my questions! Especially when it came to having items for small children like my granddaughter!
The condo was so nicely decorated and had everything one could want to make it a home away from home!
We were so impressed with the accommodations that we are planning to book 2 weeks next year and we'll be flying. This first trip we drove from Culpeper, VA to Florida. It was a bit much for this ole' gal and the decision to fly next year was made so easily because you couldn't want for nothing in this beautiful condo. Miss Margaret, it was a pleasure to meet you. We have stayed several times at this condo. The hosts are outstanding, they communicate great and the views from the condo of the pier and beach are amazing. The condo has a great layout with two sets of washer and dryers. It’s our favorite condo in Navarre. 5 star location and 5 star hosts.

Everything about our stay at this unit was wonderful. It was clean and cool upon arrival, Margaret was communicative and helpful, the provided kid items were SO NICE to have--the pack n play, booster seat, life jacket, pool toys, beach towels, plates and utensils (and a beach cart and chairs that we didn't end up using)--and to not have to bring from home. Beds were comfortable, the end unit views and windows and mirrors allowed plenty of light. Grocery stores and restaurants were a quick drive away. It was wonderful; we hope to be back soon!

Margaret was awesome to deal with, super friendly and accommodating. The condo has everything you could need for a week stay and it’s wonderful that beach towels are provided. Makes it’s so nice to bring one less thing with you. Condo was clean, property grounds were well kept, pools were clean. Not much more you could ask for. Few restaurants in walking distance and then a ton others within a ten minute driver. Such a wonderful week and look forward to being back next spring break!

We have been renting on the emerald coast for years and this is the absolute best experience we have ever had! The pictures do not do the unit justice! It is immaculate, stocked better than any we ever stayed in! The check in process with Margaret was perfect. She was so easy to work with. If you are considering this unit, rest assured you will love it!

The condo was perfect for our needs. The layout of the condo was great with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was amazing from every room. We were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks over the harbor from the second master suite balcony. We could also see the fireworks on the beach down by the pier from this balcony. From the main balcony we were able to watch both sunrise and sunset and keep up with all the action down by the pier. It was amazing!
The hosts thought of everything! Although we did not stay when beach service was provided (out of season), the room had several quality bag chairs and a wagon in a closet so we could still enjoy the beach. They also provided a cooler and numerous beach towels. One closet had several puzzles and a few games that were suitable for families.
The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pans and bowels. They even had a crock pot which came in handy when we were away all day. They also had both a regular coffee pot and a k-pod type of pot.
They provided enough supplies like paper towels, dishwasher liquid, and toilet paper to last the whole week, too.
The host checks in on you and was very prompt with answering any questions. They were very considerate and helpful. They seemed to really care that you were having a good trip.
The property is in a great location, within walking distance of the pier.
I would definitely stay here again or at any other property the host has listed.

We have stayed in very nice condos before but we do think this one is our favorite. We loved the glass, mirrors and sparkle throughout, the ocean view from the balcony as well as the view of the bay/gulf from another balcony, and the overall roomy feel of it in general. It's close to Dewy Destin's restaurant and across the street from there was the Winn Dixie. Very Pleased.

This was the perfect property with the most gorgeous view. There were ample beds, and the condo was equipped with everything you need plus more (like board games, hangers, hair dryers, beach towels). The second master is like a mini apartment with a second jacuzzi tub, a fridge, a microwave, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker- this is all IN ADDITION to the main fridge, coffee makers, washer and dryer, and jacuzzi tub. We hope to spend many more vacations here.

Phenomenal views!! The minute you walk into the condo, you are surrounded by spectacular views! The views and wonderful light coming through the many windows coupled with the light decor, set the tone for rest and relaxation! The owners of the condo provided exceptional service from start to finish. I always felt we would be taken care of and that having a fabulous vacation was their number one priority. The property is completely as pictured. Some of the above and beyond is the well-stocked condo kitchen as well as the addition of beach chairs/wagon/toys/beach towels. It makes the experience above the average. For those that haven't been, Navarre is a beautiful beach, and the Pearl is a nice complex. Margaret is an incredibly responsive owner.

With 3 older children and 2 being in College, they appreciated more bathrooms, space and larger beds. It has amazing views with large windows from most of the condo. We saw a manatee and dolphins from our balcony. Margaret was excellent to work with and really wants you to have a wonderful experience at her condo and on the beach. We also appreciated the extra beach chairs provided and most condos do not offer this. We would love to return again in the future.

This condo was everything the description states and more! Everything was perfect. I loved the supply of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and everything you needed to get started before the trip to Walmart. Plenty of towels and washcloths.The second master was perfect for our grown children and their 16 month old. The condo was clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were great to have available to us.

Our annual girls trip and this condo did not disappoint!!! Fully stocked, extra chairs, beach towels, beach accessories that saved us space in our van for the trip down. The condo is beautiful. We had so much space and the access to the beach was so convenient! We all have stayed in many areas of Florida and we all agreed this was the most beautiful! This is a beautiful property with AMAZING ocean and water views. Margaret has provided everything you could need, including sippy cups for the little ones traveling with you as well as tons of beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs-so need to worry about packing all of that- just bring your swim suit and sandals! . The condo is very spacious and roomy- we had four adults and two children, ages 4 and 7 all were comfortable and had privacy as well. Hope to be a repeat visitor.
