Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und das Design der Zimmer war sehr schön.

Und kam es so vor, als wenn nur die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher vom Vorgänger gewechselt wurden, es war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Toilette war nicht gespült und es befanden sich Urinrückstände auf dem Toilettensitz. Der Boden war staubig und an der Fernbedienung, die angeblich frisch desinfiziert war, klebten Krümel. Zudem sah die Dusche auch nicht wirklich einladend aus.

Clean, spacious. We did not get breakfast with our booking but ended up paying for it as it was so good so would recommend this! Lovely staff. No parking however can park at the harbour which is only a few minutes walk away.

La habitación que me asignaron no se correspondía con la que yo había solicitado. Lavabo adaptado, sin mamparas. Espejo no apto, tuve que colocarle un tope por detrás para que pudiera ser usable, mala iluminación ...

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We went out and came back to the hotel at about 11pm and decided to check out the rooftop bar! We were totally amazed to get out of the lift to see so many people dancing Salsa and really enjoying themselves! We loved watching them and even had a little go at it ourselves!!!

The toilet and washing facilities in the room weren't very private. We both like a little privacy and that was the only thing that let it down.

The breakfast was perfect

Its position there are no local restaurants so we done a lot of walking. The rooftop was a great idea with a jacuzzi but the beds and chairs were not good and there was a bar but never open so a vending machine would solve that and we had 2 nights when there was loud music that didn’t stop until 4 am

Lovely room and great buffet breakfast for 12euro. Very good value stayed 1 night before taking airport bus (10 minute walk)next day for 2.40 euros. Short walk to marina where there are lovely not too expensive restaurants

Es un hotel reciente, está muy bien ubicado, goza de una excelente ubicación en una zona de renombre, rodeado de un paisaje encantador. La habitación, aunque estéticamente agradable, es algo reducida en tamaño y el baño, situado muy cerca del área de descanso, podría no ser del agrado de todos, para una estancia breve, el hotel cumple con las expectativas, y el personal es amable y atento y garantizan una experiencia agradable.

The place appeared wonderful in the pictures, but reality was different. It wasn't very clean, and the tiny family room was too cramped to be called a family room. The abundance of lavender flowers might be problematic for allergy sufferers. Additionally, the shower turned the entire room into a swimming pool. On a positive note, the automatic lights on the toilet were a nice touch, though they could be overwhelming if someone visited during the night.Lighting up the room like a stadium.

The staff were very helpful especially in the restaurant and the main Reception staff.

The shower leaked water and although the staff responded swiftly to attend to the problem it persisted and was a potential health hazard.

Laut wegen nachtaktivitäten im Nachbarhaus. Zudem ungemütliche kühle Atmosphäre in der Lobby und in den Zimmern…Ausstattung schon abgewohnt…das ganze Einrichtung passt nicht zum Namen occidental….Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert

The staff at Occidental were fantastic, they couldn’t have been more helpful with booking trip, offering advice into shopping, sight to see or reserving a table at another group hotels’ restaurant. Brilliant absolutely brilliant!

The hotel says it has a roof top bar - it doesn’t open it! The hotel also says it has a restaurant which it hasn’t. It does offer breakfast but that’s it.

The room was ok.The tea point in the room was not stocked up,had one dirty cup as well.Not very good.Went the hotel with my wife,looked like it was set up for one person etc.Not that good for the money.Been in better hotels.
