The property was spacious & clean - perfect size for 5 of us

The operation of the shower, however we were still able to wash using the bath. Although instructions were given on how to use the shower we weren’t able to operate the hot water of the shower - the bath was fine.

It’s comfortable and the location was suitable

The property was freezing, took a lot of warming up, sadly there was only one towel, Once booked, it is only been revealed that you have to drive to a different destination and find a padlock on the gate of a random house to try and get access to the keys, which is not ideal for a disabled person in the dark in an unknown place. It certainly was not the most relaxing trip I’ve ever had, but I was a little unwell at the time, so that did not make things easier. sadly, there are only feather pillows and duvets, so if you have allergies, be aware. The kitchen as well stocked, but if you are going to use the Hob / oven there are no marks on the dials, so it’s Russian roulette. The bathroom looks nice, but you have to stand in the bath to take a shower and unfortunately the bath is not cited very well, so if you put much weight on it you could feel the bath could easily break so you have to do the eggshell dance. it wasn’t terrible it was just little things, and I would have stayed another night to try and get some more rest after quite an unsuccessful attempt the previous night, the host allowed me to stay a little bit later, which was kind and we were also offered a very late checkout for an additional £50. The only thing I would suggest is take a towel, wrap up in warm clothes, take some antihistamine if you have allergies and be ready to walk up a load of stairs.

The single beds were very uncomfortable as could feel the springs in the mattresses so we didn’t sleep very well
