Victoria is a great host. The house is located a quiet street that is centrally located in the Raleigh-Durham triangle. There is plenty of eating and shopping options within minutes.
In addition to the central HVAC system that functions well, the prime bedroom has a split A/C unit for just that room so it is easy to set the temperature at night for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a large TV and good internet service. We had a long stay (several months) and there were a couple of issues with the house but they were addressed immediately and quickly resolved.

Close to food, shopping and entertainment. We love the Cary Tennis Park which was very close. I would recommend this property to friends.

Comfortable and Peaceful
Victoria is a very accommodating host, she stays in communication at all times and really listens to comments from her guests. This is our second stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Our hostess, Victoria, frequently communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. This house is roomy enough for a family, but, we prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended stay, which this was. There is a nice deck with a roof in the back with a private, wooded view.
The neighborhood is quiet and is in close proximity to shopping, greenways and parks.
Morrisville is a nice place to live. Cary, Apex and Raleigh are quite nearby and the RDU airport is very close. Durham and Chapel Hill are also a short drive away.

Great, clean house. Host was very quick to respond to any of our needs. It was a perfect house for four of us on a golf trip.

This was a very beautiful property. The owners were quick to respond to and rectify a couple of issues we had with general maintenance. They also sent fruit and extra items just to be especially kind. I would highly recommend this property.
