Apartamentul este foarte frumos, foarte bine structurat si utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie atunci cand esti in vacanta cu familia. Era curat. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost perfecta! Din punctul nostru de vedere, ar mai fi nevoie de un tocator la bucatarie si de niste cuiere/suporturi de prosoape in bai. Noua ne-a placut si ne dorim sa revenim. Halatele de baie lipseau si sunt convinsa ca daca le-am fi cerut, le-am fi primit (asa cum s-a mai intamplat si cu alte lucruri de care am mai avut nevoie), insa ne-am prins ca nu sunt exact cand plecam spre piscina, asa ca ne-am descurcat la fata locului.

Balcony privacy very good, even between the balconies of the same apartment. We have found water, coke, wine, sweets and salty snacks in the apartment, and many other spices in the kitchen. Clean but not only - very nice interior and nice, large bathrooms. Position is excellent, close to slopes, to Brasov and to Stana Turistica - a really special restaurant managed by a famous hi-quality meat products company in Romania - Sergiana. On top - I have forgot something in the apartment, and the property really helped me, sent me the item. A really good experience

It was great, a clean, beautiful place, very well equipped. We were in contact with the contact host which was conducted on WhatsApp in an efficient manner.

It was a bit disturbing that there is no lock in the toilet and shower. Other than that, everything is great.

I booked this apartment because was marked on booking.com as air-conditioned. When I contacted the owner of the apartment he confessed that he had only "ventilators". I had to cancel my booking

Everything was perfect. Amazing clean and cozy apartment. Full of games for children. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We had a great time. If we could we would have stayed longer...

It was family friendly with very nice toys for kids. Aside from this, the hosts had a very warm welcome.

Perfect location, huge space and very child friendly! The underground parking is great, specially on winter time! the wire from the terraces is outstanding. Totally recomend it!

Curtains stink (cigarette) Both bedrooms heating not working, despite the heating system producing a loud and at some point annoying rattling sound. In mid-June, the bedrooms were pretty cold at night. Wash machine present but not connected to water supply We’ve been provided a cot bed (thank you), but the mattress was terrible. Fortunately, we are used to that and had a contingency plan prepared Impossible to open/close inner doors silently as they creak a lot, particularly bedroom and en-suite doors (4x) None of the bathroom / en-suite doors have keys, hence impossible to lock neither from inside nor from outside Uncomfortable outdoor furniture (but that is , of course, a subjective opinion of mine) Poor soundproofing: could hear my neighbours and highly likely they could hear me Despite the apartment being overall clean, there was a lot of human hair everywhere from bathroom floors to bed linen
