Breakfast was just AMAZING, Yummy !!!, Great Location at Main Road and Easy to get a cab, 5Mins walk to the metro station, Download BOLT CAB APP before starting your trip. ROOMS were very clean and neat, Daily housekeeping service changing bedsheets & towels, EXCELLENT HOTEL IN BAKU. VALUE FOR MONEY. Very Helpful Front desk team. Rating 10/10. NEW Property, You can book this hotel without any second thought. I travelled with my family and kids. Budget-friendly hotel.

Великолепный дружелюбный русскоговорящий персонал, который помогал во всех вопросах, сделал сюрприз на День рождения. Безумно благодарна!!! Прекрасный номер, все необходимо есть, каждый день уборка, каждый день приносят водичку и всё необходимое. Чудесный вид с балкона Темные шторы, удобные кровати, горячая вода, огромная ванная комната Внизу спа: бассейн, сауна - бесплатно, массажи - платно Отличное расположение: 5 минут до метро Низами, 26 минут пешком до Ичеришехира. В отеле можно обменять валюту в обе стороны Бесконечно довольна проживанием!

Из минусов: не всегда стабильный интернет. Но по Баку его вообще мало где найдешь, так что спасибо, что был :) И шумновато с улицы - машины

Wenn man die Dusche benützt steht das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser. Frühstück ausbaufähig.

I truly relished staying at this fabulous hotel. The personal attitude was out of words. They anticipated my preferences in advance. The reception was always helpful and polite, as one example. I wanted to chek out at 14:00 and the reception said that there is no problem which indeed made me happy. The amenities and the rooms as well as the shower were perfect and I liked the room to be on a high floor. Also, I liked hos tasty was the breakfast. All in all, I will certainly once again make reservation in this astonishing hotel property.

There was a reasonable variety of breakfast items. Used plates were not promptly removed from tables though. The reception guy Royal was extremely cooperative. He arranged a good tourist van driver for us.

Very Comfortable and Clean rooms. Royal the guy on reception made our stay more comfortable by helping and guiding us in our city tour and booking taxis.

Value for money and Mr. Royal at reception was very kind enough to give an Upgrade to Superior Room . It was kind of him to give a Glass of wine complimentary. Hotel was quite and nice - over all a good experience

Its around 2 KMS away from city center - so u need to book BOLT every time , but its okay considering the Hotel Tariff. You are doing great keep going.

Good location with nive hangout places close by, easily accessible by Metro, Bus or Taxi. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff helpfull. Breakfast was standard and good. Not fancy or many options but what was prepared was good and sufficient. They also order food from outside restaurants at our request and pay at checkout plus AZN 10-15 service fees(norminal). Thou they had spa and swimming pool didn't get time to check it out 😬

While booking it was stated 1 sofa cum bed but that was missing plus was mention the room will be on ground floor but we got the room.on the 4th floor. No Complains but still the there were slight differences while booking and actual rooms.

Fabulous room and bathroom, clean, good location. Not in the city center, but easy metro/cab access to city center or around 20 min easy walk. Great cafes, coffee shops around. Highly recommend!

We wanted to have a hotel with a swimming pool. It was a critical moment. The swimming pool is clean and warm. We swam a lot. Breakfast is cheap and good. We recommend it. They can prepare porridge and eggs. Also, there are vegetables, fruits, cheese, and other food. The room and bathroom are big.

We haven't noticed that it is permitted to smoke inside. We didn't like it. The room has a smell. We had a room above the street. It was quite noisy (noise from the cars).

The hotel would be good if they could guarantee less noise and more peace. Location was good. Staff was overall helpful. I liked some warm dishes served for breakfast. The place was clean and the beds overall comfy. The rooms were okay and it would be a good value for money if we could get more decent sleep every night...

The first night was really rough - we got a huge room but it was unbearably loud, as the windows were not soundproof and overlooking a busy street with cars speeding, almost couldn't sleep. We got another room which was much quieter but smaller and also not soundproof, and we got a really annoying neighbor making noise both at night and 6 AM... The rooms should really have some soundproofing! Breakfast was okay, BUT: if you came 15-20 min before the end, there was little to no warm food left, and they were already cleaning up. Also, they only offer instant coffee for free, to get a normal cappuccino you have to pay almost three times (!) more than in the city. Besides, the spa zone is not very appealing - people working there smoke and it smells bad, and the Finnish sauna is always too wet and the lights dimmed for some reason.
