our host was very good to communicate with us. The apartment was warmly decorated and made us feel welcome. There were ample dishes and supplies.

The hot tubs. one was cold and the other wasn’t full enough, so the jets were spewing out into the air.

Everything i needed was provided, the host was exellent.

The resort itself was quiet and clean all throughout. The staff were friendly and I felt safe. I like that there is the option to park in a parking garage that you have to have a key card to access. The view was beautiful and it was right off the beach. I stayed in #1020 which is privately owned. The owner was very friendly and made sure I had everything I could possibly need. The owner even had beach towels and chairs for us to use! They were in communication with us throughout our stay and responded very quickly. I would book directly to stay in one of their condos again! I really can't say enough good about this place.

The lines were long when I got a key card for the garage. They only had 1 person at the desk, so it took a bit. They were all very friendly though despite some rude people. They are short staffed just like everyone else. That's my only negative but it isn't really a "negative" because they are trying their best!

Everything thing was wonderful. Great communication and very helpful.

Not all amenities were available due to COVID, but I was not informed until I arrived.
