Near the beach and had great ocean views. The room was very spacious with separate bedroom from main living area. Kids liked the pull out couch.

I love that the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the full kitchen and two bathrooms were such a plus. I love that it has a laundry room, arcade, hot tub and an outdoor pool that faced the ocean. It was beautiful!
I didn’t like that parking was a bit challenging while they are under construction but it’s under stable. Wasn’t a deal breaker. Also at some point we spilled coffee on the floor and requested room service, they left it sticky on the floor, didn’t use any type of liquid to clean it up so that was a little annoying but not an issue.

I like the view I had from our room , I liked the full kitchen area as well.
I HATED that there was NO BALCONY, I didn't like that the outside pool area wasn't even done(I feel like it should have been a discounted price A LITTLE for the inconvenience)

we purchased an apartment suite and we’re given a room with a kitchenette. we’re told the apartments were full. But to get a second room was going to cost $1420.00 so we were stuck with the one they gave us.

The second bedroom did not have any place to hangup clothes, only a chest of drawers.
Disappointed that the whole outdoor recreation area was not available due to hurricane damage. Had to take a shuttle to the beach.

Beautiful location. We loved it. The only downside was that we did not have the access to the beach from the Hotel. As I was not so good with my health. But other than that, when the damages are repaired from the last hurricane this is a great location.

I chose that place when I saw the photos and it's show it match bigger with the Jacuzzi and looks like it's has balcony and the room was with no jacuzzi and no balcony and the pool area was closed and not even maintained the pool was green because the place was heating by the hurricane and they charge full price to stay there and I did try to talk to the manager and he didn't even credit me with nothing and not even free breakfast to make me and my girlfriend happy for her birthday. This place is clean but not worth the price to stay. I did call booking to complain and to say the truth about this place. I got nothing to do there. Also they didn't even give me late checkout the manager did me a favor to let me stay until 10.45 am. Every hotel giving to stay until 12pm.

Great location directly at the beach. Amazing view from the room. Studio with kitchen, sofa, very comfortable bed, big windows - everything you need. Free parking and next to shopping center. Would definitely stay here again.

our stay was great ! our ocean front view was great ! our room was very clean ! The staff was exceptional and was the key to us having a great time !
the property was impacted by the recent hurricane which rendered parts of the facility inaccessible and heightened levels of on going repair with daily loud noises of reconstruction! we had 3rd party booking which stated that the property was in full effect and in fact was not ! The exceptionally friendly and professional staff was so great and was the best part of us having a great stay despite the property set backs which were caused by acts of nature !

The ocean view of spectacular the water came all the way up to the wall it was sad to see the destruction from hurricane Ian but at least the structure was still standing tall.
We weren't able to go outside because of the structure was damaged and the water level was high. Not many people or activity going on around on the beach.

The Parking. The Parking is horrible!!

Pay attention: at check-in, the manager asked me if I knew that my bedroom didn't have a bed, but a sofa-bed. I didn't know. I asked him if we could have a room with bed. He said there was nothing he could do but suggested me to call Booking.com, which I did from the hotel lobby. After a few rings, a message came up to say that phone number was not a working number, but that my call would be transferred to the correct number. The phone rang several times interspersed with a message “your call is important to us we will be with you shortly”. This cycle lasted about two minutes or more. Finally, an operator with a strong Indian accent picked up the phone. I explained why I was calling. He then asked for my name, address, phone number, date of birth and my credit card number. I said I didn't have my credit card handy but that he could have it as I booked the room online with a credit card. He said he couldn't help me without a credit card. I asked him if I used Mastercard, Visa or Discover because I didn’t remember which card I have used. He said he could not help me if I didn't give him my credit card number. I refused and asked him to explain whether he could help me and how. He kept insisting that if I didn't give him my credit card and case, I opted to cancel the reservation, I would be charged one night at the hotel rate. This unpleasant conversation went on for about four or five minutes before I lost patience and hung up. I took the room because I had no other option and I didn't want to ruin my trip. If you weigh more than 140 pounds, you will wake up with body aches from sleeping on that sofa bed. That's why I'm giving zero stars and after that suspicious phone call to Booking.com, I have serious reservations about using or recommending that service.

The pools, restaurant, hallways, and rooms were immaculately clean. The pools were our favorite place, there was never even a speck of dirt in the water.
Breakfast was okay. It was bland and something I'd expect for a complimentary breakfast, but it was sit down service and we paid. It wasn't the worst, but wasn't the best. Relatively reasonably priced compared to some hotel breakfasts. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. I booked the studio suite with just a pull out couch. Practically got no sleep, and there were also no cots available for a sleeping alternative. There were also no pack n plays available, so my son slept on the couch cushions on the floor next to us.

we spotted roaches and told the front desk. they said it was normal for this time of year.
the new updates two bedrooms are extremely small. the showers were extremely dirty when we checked in.
