My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of this gorgeous location. The view is incredible and the sunsets are second to none! We ended up taking a taxi from the Costa Rica border and therefore we're without a vehicle for the days we visited but the host recommended a local delivery service which we used who were fast and convenient! The house itself is very well maintained and clean although if you plan to make most of your own meals as we prefer to do, be mindful that although the kitchen is very well stocked in terms of utensils, pots, pans, etc., there are no other seasonings, spices or anything of that sort. This certainly isn't an expectation of a host but it does seem to be quite common in most VRBOs we've stayed at. Just something to be mindful of as you're meal-planning. One other comment which didn't really affect us due to the length of our stay - the dryer knob was broken and therefore it could not be used. Towels dry just fine outside so it didn't bother us, but if you're wanting to do laundry while there, it may be difficult. All in all, the stay was great - the pool was the perfect temperature, there seemed to be a gorgeous breeze much of the time we were there and the view was heavenly. Would highly recommend!

We just returned from San Juan Del Sur and really enjoyed this house. Let me begin by saying that we were in town looking at properties and had to make an adjustment to our travel dates at the last minute. I immediately reached out to the host and they were awesome enough to allow us to switch up our dates at the last minute. The house is in a neighborhood just north of town and the security guard at the gate was serious about her job! A+ Kenner met us and the house was ready as soon as we got to town. A+ The view is really incredible and the house is perfect for 2 or three couples to share. Steven was phenomenal taking care of the house and making us feel secure while we were away. A+++ The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows which is unusual for me to say when sleeping away from home and the AC in the bedrooms was ice cold!!! A+++ There are a couple of small things that could make the house even better. We are coffee drinkers and the coffee pot just did not work. Some of the house feels a little worn including some of the doors, and furniture. With the location, the view, and the Staff made this an excellent all around choice and that's why we rate it so high!!!

From the time I contacted the owner until the time of check out, I have nothing negative to say. While in our stay, the electricity went out, but the house had its own generator, which was amazing. Our guard Don Toño, was very helpful and always eager to assist us in anyway he could. Thank you for everything, this is a place I can certainly come back.
