Beautiful views are added to the many sitting spaces. Within walking distance of hikes (Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools). Also very close to uptown shopping. Nice quiet, serene neighborhood with amazing landscaping. The teens said it seemed like a resort because there were so many places to spread out around the house and property. The pool table and air hockey were fun, too.

A beautiful home! Spectacular views in a quiet neighborhood close to town and easy access to hiking trails. We loved having our morning coffee in the backyard enjoying nature and keeping warm by the firepit. Great attention to details, every need was met! Our host was responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful time and recommend staying at this property.

Very dated house. Very small bathrooms. Uncomfortable beds. Hot tub falling apart. Yard front and back overgrown with weeds. I'm shocked she gets away with having a weed infested yard. The whole neighborhood has beautiful yards. Would not stay here again.

This place was nice, clean, great views and had a lot of nice touches like games, and a well stocked kitchen. The owner really cares for her place.
The reason I docked the stars is I felt there is no need to stay in uptown unless it’s your first time in Sedona and you want to see downtown area which has restaurants and touristy stores. Otherwise if you want to hike bell rock, cathedral rock or some other places in west Sedona to get in and out of uptown there is so much traffic (5 miles is 30 minutes). The house is technically walkable a mile to downtown but it would be a lot of hills. The other reason I docked the stars and thought about just giving 1 star is I felt the owner was a little heartless charging me extra fee for having an infant even though the contract said total capacity does not include kids under 2. This has never happened to me. She told me she reserves the right to charge. She also made me pay the credit card fees (since I booked through the app and the only way I could pay is via credit card) on top of her large host fees. I understand she is trying to make a profit but she could have used a different tactic. All in all I will never return and will not recommend this place. There are other homes with nice views.

This was an amazing vacation, outstanding house, outstanding location. Great host, great house, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the hot tub and back yard are absolutely spectacular!

Exceptional location with amazing views, easy access to Sedona's main streets and our all time favorite restaurant (Elote). You can walk right out the front door and through the neighborhood and hike up to 8 miles on trails with stunning red rock views. You are 30 minutes or less away from Bell Rock and more exciting trails and red rock beauty. The home was super clean (super clean) and very comfortable. Relaxing and fun - thanks so much!!

My sisters and niece came to surprise my daughter for her birthday and we had a fabulous girls weekend! We enjoyed the town, the hiking, the Jeep tours and a little bit of nightlife. This property was very clean and comfortable and the host was very attentive. The view is the reason I picked this particular property and it did not disappoint!

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and in a good location. Our favorite part was looking at the stars from the hot tub. There was a full moon and clear sky while we were there. It was pretty magical.

Love Sedona. The property exceeded our expectations! Sometimes you see a place online and think, "My compliments to the photographer." Not this location - the actual experience is much better than the advertising. The location is great with easy access to downtown and many good trails. The key is you never have to leave the backyard - the views are stunning and the energy pulses off the Red Rocks to the North, East and South. There were three of us and the house would easily accommodate several more! Worth it!

We had a fantastic experience here for two nights. The house is very retro, but impeccably taken care of and modernized where it counts. The neighborhood is equally impressive, with beautiful views out of the back yard, and almost 100% silence in the evenings. The location teed up a quick 15-minute walk into town and a great jumping off point for trail running/hiking when you make a left out of the neighborhood. Jane was in constant communication and offered up a fantastic experience.

The views at this property could not be better! The many seating options in the back yard make relaxing a breeze. The kitchen is very functional - everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. Lots of games to play, yoga stuff to use, and even an air hockey table. A great spot close enough to walk to dinner!!!

We had a wonderful time here. The place was stocked to the gills with basics. Comfy chairs, blankets, and lots of outside seating to enjoy the views, and super close to shopping, eating, and activities. Quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed as we sat outside in the morning enjoying coffee, and also at night. Would recommend!

This was our first time vacationing in the Sedona area and everything about this house was perfect! The ad description was accurate and the house was stocked with everything needed for our 4 night/5 day stay. Our family had a great time and the location is so conveniently close to the downtown Sedona area. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was conveniently located and it was easy to get around to hikes and shops. The house had great views from the backyard, and the baby crib and high chair were very handy to have. Jane was also great about checking in with us and following up on our needs!

The house is immaculate & furnished with so many thoughtful, comfortable details. I stayed in the primary bedroom which is spacious and comfy with a fabulous shower in the attached bath. Inside, we loved playing air hockey, reclining in the leather arm chairs positioned perfectly to capture the Sedona views framed in the large window, and washing dishes contemplating the ever changing red rocks outside. The outdoor spaces are as thoughtfully designed as the inside ones, the hammock in the backyard is positioned for the views, as is the comfy swinging daybed in front. The outside space has gathering spaces for larger and smaller groups- and the hot tub is hot! it is very private and makes the most of the views. Everything was perfectly maintained and functioned as hoped for and planned for. We could not be happier and highly recommend this quiet neighborhood retreat with a great coffee shop just a short walk down the road.

This home felt very welcoming and the views are incredible. It is located a short walk or drive into Sedona for dining and shopping. It was convenient to all our sight seeing. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner is responsive. We enjoyed our stay (family of 6) and would definitely return again.

The house exceeded our expectations. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to uptown Sedona shops and and restaurants. We walked a few times and also utilized the free parking lots in town a few times.
The house is just under a mile to the Jordan/Cibola trailhead; we chose to drive though and park in the trailhead parking lot.
We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit but the gas fireplace in the living was great for the cool Sedona evenings. The hot tub was amazing and we spent many hours soaking in it.
There were plenty of beds for our family of 5 and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The pool/ping pong table got lots of use! There were also many board games but we did not play any. The kitchen seemed fully equipped, though we did not cook any meals; only quick breakfasts like frozen waffles.
