The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing! A lot of top hotels don't have rooms like the one we stayed in, so comfortable and clean.

This property was gorgeous exactly as pictured. Nice peeivate property Roth lots of grounds. The lady running it was very pleasant and accommodating.
The morning fry was delicious and a decent portion, but was at an additional charge.
Only complaint is it was a little hidden from the main roadway. We needed our GPS to find the turn off every time.
Very clean and nice and quiet with lots of charm.

We drove up from Cork to visit the Game of Thrones filming studio, so booked 1 night in Baileys Court. It was a nice scenic drive from Banbridge to Portadown. Jason had checked in with us, prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. The guesthouse is situated in an extremely quiet cul-de-sac. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and shown to our room. The room was lovely and spacious. The night outside was cold, but the underfloor heating kept up nice and warm for the whole night. Woke up to the lovely sight of the gardens covered in frost.
My only issue would be that there are strong perfumes throughout the guesthouse. My wife has a sensitive nose and got headaches from the strong scents. That would be my only criticism and warning to people who would suffer from nasal issues.

the fact that the bathroom was terribly cold

Fabulous welcome for a 3 night stay in cold December. Had a large cosy room with an amazing bath tub and views into the gardens. Travelled for work, but this was so nice to return back to in the evening. Breakfast was PeRfEcT... thanks to Julie. Also, thank you for bringing out water for defrosting windscreen. WIFI was no problem at all.
Signpost on Gilbert Road would have helped a lot... drove past driveway many times in the dark Winter night.

This property is beautiful! The staff were super helpful, room was amazing, view was lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful! Would stay here again no question, thank you for a great stay.
There was no sign on the road, or the property so I thought I was lost down a random lane - the property owner came out and found me though, so wasn't the end of the world. Is genuinely the only thing I thought could have been better, everything else was perfect!

We loved our stay at Baileys House and will stay there again when we visit Ireland. The host was wonderful and helpful. The room was very large and had a great view. The shower was wonderful and the room was very clean. Great location close to several places within walking distance and easy to get around by car to just about every place we wanted to go.

Lady who welcomed us was pleasant but didn't hover which we liked.
Exceptional value for money for the quality of the accommodation.
Would return without hesitation.
Could do with better signage on main road and more generously sized towels in bathroom.

Fabulous location, comfortable rooms, friendly owners and a great breakfast.
WIFI was patchy in our room (3) and mobile reception is not good in the area so accessing the internet was problematic.

This place is amazing, I loved everything about it. Julie was the perfect host she couldn't do enough.
Beds were so comfortable, I suffer fibromyalgia so to find a bed I can sleep in without being in too much pain is not always easy so its been a blessing this past week, beddings lovely & soft / clean shower was amazing, tv provide Nerflix and freeview, wifi was good, breakfast was perfect every morning. Decor is lovely, dining room is spacious, nice size space for cars. Am looking forward to going back there next year
Only thing I would ask is bigger towels as im a little on the larger size

A lovely setting in a beautiful home. Could not ask for a better place to spend a few nights. Julie even made sure she had a GF breakfast for my wife. She suggested wonderful places to eat and where we could have our laundry done right in town. Highly recommended.

The guest house is quiet, very comfortable and exceptionally finished. I felt very welcome and had everything I needed.
I found the WiFi didn't allow me to work but that was probably for the best as I got to sleep earlier in the amazingly comfy bed!

The location was a bit hard to find and the wifi connection was sketchy at times.
