The owners were incredibly responsive to all of my questions and made sure we had a great stay!

The ONLY thing I can complain about is that the mattress was a bit too firm for me. And that's being picky!

The property is beautiful and easy to find. Located near the riverfront and downtown. I loved the billiard room and shot a couple games by myself. The billiard room also has a fun “secret” passage way from it through a bookcase to another room but wasn’t sure how it worked so couldn’t get a picture. Room was comfortable, bed was firm! Bathroom was clean and towels were wonderful.

Bed and Breakfast but their cook was off for the weekend so just bed. They kindly offered vouchers to a couple of local eateries which was lovely however it sort of took away from the experience. We didn’t encounter anyone when when we “ checked out/left”. I felt like I was sneaking out 😂.

Very close to the Paducah riverfront

was our fault we weren't there for breakfast.they gave us coupons which was appreciated .great cheerful location with helpful people.Thanks for a good overnight stay in a town I miss.

lot of steps . . . but that's part of the charm and one can't expect an elevator .
