Princesses Assemble Villa es una casa bien equipada de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños. The property was as described and when required the property manager was quick to respond to communication. He was also pro active in identifying needs such as providing a drying rack for clothing. The family particularly enjoyed use of the pool and other facilities at the villa. We have stayed at Windsor Hills on a number of occasions which is kept immaculate and secure with its location ideal for Disney.

Booking was seamless, and great communication was maintained throughout. Home was near the parks and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hidden Mickeys and the saltwater pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house that was located minutes from all the Disney parks and a 20-30 min drive to Universal. It was also located close to several stores and restaurants. The children loved their themed Avengers and Princess rooms, all the bedrooms were comfy and spacious and it helped our group get ready to hit the parks in the morning by having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make coffee or a quick breakfast and we all enjoyed relaxing in both the private pool and hot tub adjacent to the house -- and in the larger community pool, where the kids frolicked in the splash park and enjoyed the big slides. The nearby arcade was also useful when the occasional storm rolled in. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, clean and well-appointed house in a safe neighborhood right in the heart of the Disney parks. There is ample room to enjoy inside the house as well as the pool deck/patio. Chris is a top tier host who kept an open line of communication and followed up to make sure our stay was going well. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to maximize your stay. Believe the reviews and book your next stay with Chris!

My family and I took our first Disney trip and stayed ay this house and it was so perfect! We have 4 kids ranging from 25-16 and a grandson that is 7 months. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom and the game room was the best part of the house! The game room is why I even booked the house knowing that the kids would love it. The backyard/pool area was a great way to come back from the parks and just chill and hangout. I cannot express enough how amazing this house is/was and how easy it was to communicate with the owner, not to mention it was SO clean! The neighborhood it's in is beautiful and there is so much to do/eat/shop around the area. We will be back!

We all had a great time. The house was just perfect for our family of 10.
King size beds for the adults was a big plus. The kids bed rooms were cute and they loved them.
The kids loved the game room.
The neighborhood is very nice and the proximity to the parks is great! Shopping and restaurants are close by.
The house is close enough to the parks that we could come home to rest in the middle of the day.
The owner Chris was very responsive in checking with us and responding to questions.

The house was beautiful and just as described. It is located close to Disney World and very convenient. My family loved the pool and hot tub and my 6 yr old great grandson had so much fun finding the hidden Mickey's. The property manager was very easy to work with and was very helpful. I would definitely rent here again.

This property has great space and great location. However, many basic items we needed to go out and purchase which was inconvenient. The listing on the website states shampoo, body wash, and basic toiletries are included so we did not pack any. I emailed Chris about it, and he said his listing does not mention these to be included. I looked at his website again, and they were listed on every rental. He provides one trash bag, so we had to buy more trash bags. He asks for you to start laundry before you leave, but does not provide laundry detergent. We were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then we had to go out and buy some which seemed odd there wasn’t just an extra roll or two. We were doing many Walmart trips for all the things that are usually included in a rental stay. Check out was 10am, but the guidebook asks if you can leave the property before 10am. There was no coffee grounds or basic items like salt & pepper. The showers had black mold in them and they really need a deep cleaning. The shower heads are very old. The lamps in some of the bedrooms did not work. The location of the rental was great, but missing all the basic items and overall condition of the home needs work.

This property was so conveniently located close to both universal and Disney which is exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and clean. The house was in excellent condition as I am a clean person. The property owner was super responsive. I would stay in this exact house again. 10/10 recommend!

All 12 of us had a wonderful time from adults to our 3 infants plus the busy toddlers! Plenty of room and space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing even with the cool temps. We were able to enjoy the playgrounds and waterpark, too. Chris was always quick to respond to all our inquiries.

We were very pleased with our stay. Property was clean and well furnished. Very convenient access to Disney parks, ESPN sports zone and golf courses. Walmart close by for any needs. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had the best time at Princesses Assemble. Everything was as described and it was the perfect place to end the day, after long days at the park. Chris was a great host and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we return to Disney, we will make sure we stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. Everything was clean, the pool was awesome and enjoyed by everyone. We especially liked the convenience and privacy of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Great themes in the upstairs bedrooms for the kids. The game room which was once a garage was a special treat. The washer and dryer certainly made life easy as did the close proximity to the attractions. We cannot thank Chris enough for the “hidden Mickey’s”. The extra effort was greatly appreciated by our grandchildren. They would not rest until they found all of them! They ran around with a tablet to count how many were in each room. They found all 45 hidden Mickeys in under an hour. Nice job!

Our stay was all we hoped it would be. After having our first property fell through because the owner sold their house we found Chris and Galaxy villa. House was beautiful & clean. The pool was perfect and well cared for.

This property was a 10 out of 10. Five adults and five kids from 2 yrs old to 12 yrs old. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were amazing. The community center pool waterpark and activity center were amazing as well. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at the house for the national volleyball tournament and it was great. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Chris is great to work with. The house was very clean and there was a bathroom by all 5 bedrooms which is very awesome! We would definitely book again. Windsor Hills is very nice with the Waterpark and quiet neighborhood. We also loved the bushes around the outside of the pool for privacy.

I was so pleased with every part of our vacation rental from the very beginning through the end of our stay. The home was very clean, lots of rooms/space for my husband, I and our four children, along with my sister-in-law, het husband and their three children. The game room was a hit for the kids, along with the pool area! The bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. It was a very welcoming area within the gated community. We felt safe, comfortable and loved the location! We are definitely coming back to stay! Thank you for having us!

The property was amazing a vacation of its own.
The house was welcoming with bright and warm colors. The pool and spa was close to perfect just needed to be resurfaced. The game room was definitely an added bonus from the entire family.

Everything was wonderful, from communication with the owner to cleanliness to location. All amenities worked well. The proximity to the large pool area and playgrounds was perfect for a quick walk with a 7, 5 and 1 year old. As a bonus, it was sunny throughout our entire trip 😊☀️!
