We enjoyed a week with our children and their grandparents at this condo. It comfortably accommodated all eight of us. The condo has everything you need to make your stay a little pleasant one. A well supplied kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy the stay without any addd stress or required improvisation. The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and wind down at the end of the day.

Beach House BIiss was amazing. The photos don't do it justice. The condo was much bigger than the pictures made it seem. Everything was clean, comfortable and very modern. The provided beach chairs and towels were very appreciated. We really loved the huge balcony too! It all sounded great when we picked the condo for our stay but everything exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we vist S. Padre.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were fabulous with communication, and their accommodations were above our expectations! This condo provided a fabulous open space for our family of 7 and the patio had plenty of seating and room to move around with a beautiful view of The Gulf.
We met a few local people who either worked at The Beach House and helped maintain the area or owned one of the condos. All were super friendly and recommended places to eat and visit.
It was a bonus that we didn't have to haul all our beach stuff with us, since e the hosts provided that for us.

This property was perfect for our family which included my son, daughter in law and 3 of my teen grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us, a beautiful view of the gulf from our condo and a short walk to the beach. Having the chairs and beach umbrellas available were a wonderful addition.
We had other family staying at another property nearby and there was more than enough room to host all 11 of us for dinner one evening.
Nothing was unexpected as everything was exactly as beautiful as the photos indicated.
Will definitely plan on stayng here again on our next trip to South Padre.

My family and I absolutely loved the condo. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Really appreciated the three updated bathrooms, all with nicely tiled shower stalls. The views were amazing from the large back porch. We will definitely stay here again!!

We saw this property online when we were here for our annual trip and decided to go ahead and rent it for this year. Walked in and saw how up to date it was with furnishings and appliances. Everything looked new down to the utensils in the kitchen. We had a great stay. We went ahead and booked it for next year!

Absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful location. The weather was great, so we enjoyed the pool and the beach. The newly renovated condo was so spacious, and nice and clean. We came home with so many memories to treasure! I would love to book it again for next year. I think I've found my new Hawaii.

Ample room for 6 adults. Kitchen had great variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and serving plates. We love to cook and large dining table. We walked the beach each morning and evening - Gorgeous Water at the beach and from the deck!! No downside to this beautiful condo. We all agreed, same place next year.

Heads up on a few minor things: A few weeks before my stay the owners asked for a lot more paperwork about property care that had to be copied, signed and sent back along with a copy of my driver license. The day before arriving there was another set of rules about being charged if there was any sand left on the beach equipment. It all seemed a bit over the top, compared to other properties I’ve stayed at through VRBO.I felt this all should have been completed at the time of booking. Also, there was no laundry soap, shampoo, or extra paper products provided, which is different from other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The condo was clean and nice but the extra rules and regulations were a bit much. It kind of took away from the enjoyment of the place.

The view is stunning! This property is perfect!
We spent 2 months (January and February) in this unit. Check in was easy. It was very clean and everything in working order upon arrival! The furniture is comfortable. The layout is perfect to allow guests their privacy and their own bathrooms! The balcony is spacious with comfortable chairs!
Location on the island allows you to walk to many restaurants and activities on the island. Beach access is steps away and well maintained.
We had an issue with the tv which I called about at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. We had a new tv installed before 4 pm that day! That is excellent service! Wonderful people to work with!
If we get back to South Padre, we will rent this unit again!

I originally chose this listing because of the size, the pictures of the inside, the fact that we've stayed in another unit in the building and the owners were the contact people instead of a management company. Pictures can be deceiving but not in this case. The condo was even more lovely than the pictures and the size was amazing. You could tell the owners use the unit themselves because everything it it, from the dishes to the towels and sheets, were high quality. I didn't see a dehumidifier in the unit but we never had the "damp" feel that you sometimes get in a unit on the beach. I had to call the management company one time during our stay and Amber was amazing. She got right on the problem, got it taken care of quickly and stayed in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was taken care of. We've stayed at many different units on SPI over the years but this is the one we'd go back to in a heartbeat! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

This condo was everything we wanted and more! The pictures don't do it justice it is so much better! We loved everything from the huge dining room where all of us could sit to the beautiful view of the balcony! We look forward to staying again if possible!

When we rent a place for a vacation we look for the comforts of home and this place delivered. Very thoughtful of the owners to provide chairs & towels for the beach. Very nice place.

We had such a great vacation right on the beach! The condo is updated, nice furnishings, and comfy beds! It is fully stocked for family needs! The beach wagon and extra chairs were perfect! Sandy and Bonnie were the two sweet ladies we communicated with during our stay! They are kind and very helpful! We will be back again!

This condo is indeed where heaven meets the Gulf of Mexico. It's spacious, perfectly appointed, beautiful, clean, and supremely comfortable. We always visit SPI for over a week, which can feel like a long time in some rentals. However, this gorgeous condo has every amenity of home. The owners have thought of everything! It's marvelously stocked with nice appliances, kitchenware, linens, bedding, and beach necessities. We weren't ready to leave. It's in the perfect location, boasts million-dollar views and the owners were just delightful to work with. We will return for another slice of heaven on the Gulf very soon!

The Good:
The interior of the unit was immaculate and perfectly decorated, just like the pictures. The balcony is an excellent place to hang out. You'd be hard pressed to find a better stretch of beach on the island - not too crowded even on a weekend. We appreciated the stockpile of beach gear. The beds were all quite comfy.
The Not-so-Good:
Upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance, meaning that our lovely beach view featured a big empty concrete bowl surrounded by caution tape. This situation had clearly been going on for some time, so I think that they should've been more up front about this in the listing. There is a 2nd pool on the other side of the building.
The washing machine quit working towards the end of our stay. We notified the host and so hopfully it has been repaired by now.
We couldn't get the living room TV to work most of the time. Seemed to be a software issue withthe TV itself, and not the cable box.
Overall this is a great place for a family, and I would definitely stay here again if the aforementioned problems were resolved.

The condo is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures! Plenty of room for our family of 7. Very short walk to the beach (less than 5 min) with private access. It was extremely clean. Loved the wagon, chairs, boogie board, and kid toys provided (and beach towels). You do need to bring soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent, but everything else is provided! Awesome working kitchen (we are 90% of our meals in the condo). Fans available in the closets. We will def be back! Highly highly recommend!

WHAT A PERFECT PLACE TO VRBO IN SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX. THE LOCATION WAS SPOT ON, THE CONDO WAS SPOTLESS AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT. THE WEATHER WAS IFFY ON ONE OF OUR DAYS BUT WE HAD FUN PLAYING GAMES, WATCHING TV AND HAVING A GREAT PLACE TO ALL BE TOGETHER. WOULD DEFINATELY RENT THIS AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS!!! MADE OUR FAMILY VACATION VERY MEMORABLE, THANKS TO SCOTT & SHERRY

Excellent location. The condo is beautifully decorated. Sherry has thought of everything you need as a guest...beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys for the kids. She has pack n plays available. Hair dryers under the bathroom sinks. Made vacationing even easier especially when guests are arriving by flying as we did. Close to restuarants & gravity park.! We loved our stay here!!

I had an amazing time at this property with my husband, 2 elementary age kids, and my parents. It was the perfect setting for a multigenerational vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and so welcoming. We loved the 2 pools, hot tub, and beach access. It was in a great location with grocery store and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

I had friends and family coming thru my 8 weeks of staying here. Everyone said it was very comfortable inside and enjoyed the view, walking the beach , eating at various places, taking in the different music venues, doing several tours, golf and pickleball. The one thing lacking was the hot tub. Either it wasn't working or when it did, it was only luke warm and the pool furniture wasn't comfortable . Needs replacing. It would be nice too if one pool was heated but I realize that was expected.

Unfortunately it’s on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. A challenge following our daughters hip surgery and with me in a walking boot .

We had a old friends girls reunion weekend and this condo was the perfect place! The weather was a tad chilly so we spent more time than planned visiting and laughing while hanging out in the condo. Wonderful owners!

Beautifully appointed and well maintained! Having beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon was wonderful. Only suggestion would be to add a communal grill to the pool area. Overall, great trip!

Perfect condo for our family of four plus a set of grandparents. Lots of space, comfy beds, and a beautiful view. Really appreciated having beach wagon/chairs/towels and toys for us to use. Location also really close to great places to eat. Thanks for sharing your home!

During our stay here, we had a great time, the condo was clean, bright and had a great view of both the beach, and the pool/amenities. The management staff was polite and friendly, answering any questions we had, and making sure we had a great time.
The condo itself, was well stocked with everything we could have needed, including linens, dishes and entertainment. The internet was easy to connect to and plenty fast. Overall our stay was perfect, the location was ideal for getting out to the beach and back to the place with minimal walking and good facilities to wash off coming back in.

The condominium is a wonderful size! We had two sisters with our children - cousin time! The location is right off the beach with a lovely view, huge balcony and the swimming pool was a treat. The kitchen is full size, but remember to bring your own trash bags, spices and sponges. Fully stocked with all the cooking appliances you would need, even a crock pot. The decor is very updated and lovely. We walked to dinner, shopping, ice cream and fireworks, so the location on the island is perfect. The beach is a very short walk. If you don't want to lug your own chairs and umbrellas, just arrange through SPI chairs and umbrellas rentals and they will set up for the day for $30. Nice treat. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, but there is NO rail for the upper bunks. We had a 13 year old stay in one of the upper bunks, and unfortunately, on the last night there she fell out of the bunk in the middle of the night. She was injured by hitting the dresser and tile floor and very scared. Our only recommendation would be these upper bunks need to have safety rails. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely consider coming again on our next SPI trip. Highly recommend Beach House #303!

Everything a Vacation should be
Property was large with plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of seating in the Living Room. Will return for sure. Everyone had a great time from seniors to teens.

We have stayed at several of the properties along the beach over the past 10 years and felt this property was very well maintained, plenty of room for 7 or 8 people, well stocked kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, all appliances worked well and the pools were great. Only slight negative is a very slow elevator which actually prompted us to take the stairs most of the time helping keep us in shape. So not really so bad in the long run.
