The property did not disappoint. Location was perfect. Quiet area & only 1 block from 101. Townhouse was very clean & we were very happy with it. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. Location was perfect. Close to Newport & Lincoln City.

Nice 3 bedroom with ocean view. Fully furnished kitchen made cooking easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. One of the few places we rented and where you get inside and it smells clean, nice and inviting. That is the first impression and sets the tone for the whole stay. Well furnished with everything one can need. One small negative was the window lock on the upstairs bedroom was broken.
We highly recommend the property for a stay on the Oregon coast. We will come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this VRBO..It was such a nice clean and quiet place to stay! The bed was comfortable! The only downside is that we had to go home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views. Deserves a 5 and Condo is outstanding, except for patio doors that do not lock. Very disappointed this problem was not fixed during our stay. We would stay again once we know this problem is fixed.

Well, we had a rocky start upon check in. Because of a miscommunication the home had not been cleaned. Once we reached the host, Mark, he jumped on it & got everything taken care of. The cleaners cleaned up as fast as they could and we were in about 9pm. Things happen, but Mark & Evolve made up for it in every way they could. We had a great stay in this lovely home & look forward to going back soon. Highly recommend.

Very spacious property overall. The only issue was the soft beds. All 3 bedrooms had very soft mattresses. Couch was very hard on the other scale.
We could walk to Main Street and wonderful that they not only allow pets but they had a dog dish, extra blankets and poop bags.

WOWEE! What a fabulous time we had in this lovely townhome! The views are amazing, the house is clean, the kitchen is so well stocked with high quality cookware which is awesome because we love to cook. The location is perfect, close to shops, dining and the beach. Wonderful TV with lotsa options. The fireplace is beautiful and so relaxing!! Property management/Housekeeping was excellent!! Looking forward to our next trip!!

Upon arrival there is a lock box, and key pad for the garage door and a key pad on the front door, it was not very clear where the code needed to be entered to get in the property. Upon entry, we got our stuff in and wanted to settle in, but after running around in her socks for maybe 20 minutes, my 2 1/2yo’s sock were disgustingly dirty, leading to my 68y/o mother mopping the entire main room floor, and we won’t talk about what the throw away, makeshift mop pads looked like after! The majority of the window cranks were broken. The thermostat does not appear to do anything, and the overall maintenance is severely lacking. Not to mention the terrible smell when you walk in! Appeared as though a previous guest tried to make popcorn the traditional way, with oil and kernels, IN THE MICROWAVE! Needless to say, the microwave was gross and in need of replacement. It seems to me, that the owner and property manager need to check up on this property more often, and maybe check in on the person who cleans it as well! I will guarantee our group left it cleaner then when we arrived! We should be refunded our ridiculous $190 cleaning fee, at the least! One of the few bright spots was the view out to the bay, and only because it was whale season, and we could see the whales with our high powered binoculars. Other than that, I would pass on this property, unless some major maintenance is done!

The house and location were beautiful. It was unexpectedly hot while we were here in early October and the house (especially upper floor) was very warm. It cooled down at night but that was our only complaint. Everything else about place was great.

Again, we enjoyed this modern condo in the heart of Depot Bay. The location and the ocean view are very agreeable. The house itself worked well for our two small dogs and 5 guests (one of which is 96). The house was clean and had most of the modern conveniences for a rental at the coast. The only negatives would be that the living room couch is very uncomfortable and there are no end tables or lamps for reading. Also the king bed in the downstairs bedroom is quite lumpy and could stand to be replaced. Otherwise, this is an affordable, clean, safe, rental in the heart of Depoe Bay.

Better looking than the photos! Well equipped kitchen, great beds and a very nice view! Easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. A few maintenance issues that appear to be long standing, reflect a lack of attention on this lovely property. Take note, we could not use the garage as our vehicle had a roof top carrier in place and the entry was to low.

Nice property, but I have to agree with other guest that sofa is not at all comfortable. Wish there was more storage for clothes in bedroom, such as shelves or small chest of drawers. Loved everything else! Great food at bay view Thai kitchen and the Horn.

Beautiful views of Depoe Bay
We'll absolutely look to stay at this property again!
It's a (very!) short walk to bars and restaurants along the main strip in Depoe Bay. It's a quick drive to Newport and it's beaches as well as Lincoln City. The location is better than perfect.
Lots of light and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Having the laundry on site was really handy as well. Parking was easy and we could have used the garage as well but didn't need to. The house was VERY clean when we checked in.
The fireplace can just give of a very pleasing purple/pink light with no heat. That was a nice feature at the end of the day.
Pets are allowed, but we didn't bring our dog this time.
The televisions have all of the services you would want (netflix, disney+, hulu, etc).
There were a few downsides, but no deal breakers.
1. All of the window crank handles were broken and it was nearly impossible to open the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms. In the afternoons and evening when the sun was coming in, the place became quite hot. It would have been nice to get some cross breeze.
2. Others have mentioned it, but the furniture isn't very comfy. It looks great, but trying to relax on the couch at the end of the day was tough.
3. There were a couple of cigarette butts in a planter on the deck. We're not smokers, so noticed it almost immediately.
Again - highly recommend staying here to families with kids. Lots to do and it plenty of space to spread out.

The townhouse was amazing. Very clean, ocean view on the patio and I believe it was sound proof. You couldn't hear anything outside. Very close to the water. Can't wait to book our next stay

Family reunion fun
We rented this house because it was close to our parent’s condo. And because we loved to look of it. The place did not disappoint. It is modern and well equipped! Great for a family reunion, which is what we rented it for. But I could come back for other occasions with friends or family. Simply wonderful.

New, modern townhouse. We’ll equipped. One parking place if you have a pick up or full size suv. Small cars only in garage. Street parking a block away on the highway. I don’t know where 8 people would sleep. The living room furniture is uncomfortable.

The property was very comfortable for 6 adults. The views from the deck were beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking appliances. Ocean beaches were a short drive from the property. We hope to visit again.
