We had plenty of room for the entire family, the decor was awesome and we had a wonderful time. A few observations to consider: Need to supply more toilet paper (Ran out and had to go buy for the days their). The fridge was dirty inside and the drawer where you keep the veggies was broken, even though we did not use the pool it was dirty (lots of sand). Remember these are just observations. We would rent the property again and recommend to friends and family.

The place was FABULOUS!
We will definitely go back! We had 4 couples and 5 children under five years old. The pool was sparkling clean except for sand blown in from beach which is normal as I am a pool owner. Do not count on downstairs bedroom in your count to stay because of large musty smell. However, it was great to use bathroom as it was close to pool. Thank you so much Vacation Paradise! Many great memories were made.

House had everything you could think of .
First day there the pool was cloudy and Sandy and contacted management and it was taken care of .
I will say please read rules posted by front door for garbage pick up day and times . Especially if your going to be cooking while there .

A beautiful home about a mile from the beach
The house is nicely furnished. The pool was very clean and could tell was well maintained. There is no access to the garage, so don't expect to be able to park another vehicle or store things there. All of our family said their beds were comfortable. Overall a nice place to spend a vacation.

Spacious and clean
I would definitely recommend this house. The property was spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were awesome. They had everything we needed, great furniture, extra towels, and the master bedroom was huge. The pool was a little dirty when we got there but I called to let them know and they sent the pool people to reclean it. I would love to stay here again!

Holiday Trip
Beautiful home with plenty of room for 6 children and 6 adults. The pool had sand and grass in it but the kids loved it. The home is located on a street that is busy on the weekends and holidays. It was difficult to sleep with all the loud music and golf carts driving by in the early hours of the morning. The dish washer was broken so the dishes had to be washed by hand. Kitchen sink and one bathroom didn’t have hand soap, bottles empty. The beach is too far to walk but we enjoyed driving on the beach with the golf cart. One free the first 24 hrs.

Family Getaway
This vacation rental was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for our family of 14. The pool was a great addition. The only thing that was bad was the roaches in the kitchen and living room area. This is a very serious issue that needs to be taken care of ASAP.

Summer Vacation
Great property. Lots of space and the pool was a huge bonus. Also very close to the beach. Only negatives were a musty odor in the downstairs bedroom and some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We would definitely stay here again though.

Great property for a large group
We loved this house! There was plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. Having our own pool was fantastic. the kitchen was well stocked, although it could use a few large non stick pans for cooking breakfast. The master suite was large, as was the master bath. Overall- very nice!

House was dirty when we arrived, they sent someone to clean the areas, house was hot at night and uncomfortable the AC was not working properly, found some little roaches in kitchen area.

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect and plenty of room. Not too far from the beach and golf cart was a plus.
Only bad issue was some of the pans were dirty and mosquitoes which is not much you can do with that but take your OFF.
We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great for large group
We rented this house with our adult children and 2 granddaughters, for a total of 10 adults and 2 children. The house was very comfortable and spacious for us. The pool is a great size and allowed us to stay at the house for our Stay and not need to travel around the city During this pandemic. You do need to drive to the beach because it is about a mile away. The golf cart is a nice treat and while we didn’t use it much, I could see it being helpful going back and forth to the beach.
Overall the house was clean but the carpet in the living room still had sand in it so needed vacuumed more. The extra room down stairs had an odd smell so we didn’t use it except for the restroom when we were at the pool. Bring mosquito spray because they are bad around the pool.
The kitchen is set up pretty well but we could have used an extra large pan for our size group and a working can opener. This was a great house with an open concept that made it comfortable for our group of 10 to spend time together.

Beautiful 3 story home
This house was perfect for our large family. Everything in the house is immaculate, very clean, very well put together and a lot of space. We really enjoyed the private pool also!! A quick golf cart ride to the beach. We love Port A, and we love this house. Will definitely stay here again!!
